What we’re learning
Our Bible stories for this week are “Jesus Visits Mary and Martha” and “The Big Dinner.” We will be reading “The Red Stone Game” and “The Gingerbread Man” in our basal reading books. In Phonics we are focusing on the –ind sound, -ed ending, and long “a” sound. Math will include subtracting 2, drawing a line segment with a ruler, and counting by 5’s. In Science we will be starting ocean research for our mini animal reports.
