Being a NET (UGC) qualified candidate, my self feels that my application is a potential one and could be one after a sort to get entrance into PGP 2013-14. Being a Computer Science Professional, achieved Microsoft certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, I feel that my self is calibared person to meet all the technical challenges that were encounter me during the PGP in ISB. As a Post Graduate in Business Administration and being a member in prestigious societies of research and administration, myself is well acquainted with burning problems on economic and financial organisational administration in industry and in organisations, with my potential application to PGP 2013-14 in ISB, I hope to find good solutions to all of them and I will help the society and the nation with my knowledge learned at you. Despite working for nearly three years in an Education field, gave me first-hand experience of managing and operations for educational institutions, learning industry-wide best practices and exposure to a consulting environment. I had a strong case to differentiate myself from an exceptional set of applicants i.e. I had seen all the applicants are worked in major organisations and not in Education field and the other one is that I had been worked as faculty member and I had trained so many students to stand on their legs. In this time I would narrate you one thing in my subject i.e. Computer science university had introduced new subject i.e., Computer Sills II, but in my team of members didnt want to take that subject to teach the students because previous year they got 34% of pass percentage relate to that subject i.e. Computer Skills - I, then I had taken the challenge to teach the subject while after taking that subject I had discussed with the students what are the problems and from basics I had teach them that subject and I had introducing projector based classroom for that course in my college. After that performing all this process that year students got high score and in that subject 84% of students passed. Then that after year I had taken the challenge and want to pass the students more than that, in that year the students has passed in that subject 94% only. But I want more than that in the next year my students performed well in that subject and then all the students are qualified that subject with O,A & few of the students with B grade in that subject.

My best practices of research, training and evaluation will help me at all my future endeavors.

Where do you see yourself three years after you graduate from the ISB? (300 words max)

After graduating from ISB, I see myself working as a successful consultant in the services domain. I also see myself as a leader managing a team of 10-50 people, which would have established trust and credibility with clients. The diverse peer group distinguished and highly learned faculty and innovative pedagogy at the ISB would help me grow as a person. Studying at ISB would help me extend my professional and social network greatly. World class infrastructure and a great consulting placement record are other factors which make ISB a great choice for me as I look to achieve my short term and long term goals. I believe that with the enriching experience at ISB, I would gain expertise in my area of consulting and provide companies with efficient and implementable solutions to their business problems. I will also form professional and personal network at ISB, which would be a great resource in career progression for years to come. The extra-curricular opportunities available on campus will hone my team-work and leadership qualities, which would complement my technical skills as I'll climb the corporate ladder.

After completing the course from ISB I would like to join in the industry where computational and Technical knowledge requires the best administrator who had the solutions for all strategic, organisational, economic and financial problems. During the first year I would be in their industry where I will apply the knowledge of Administration to bring my organisation at right way to the top among the competitors. During the Second year I would like to continue in the same organisation polishing myself towards the direction where I could get skills to become an extepener to help the Indian Society with technical and administration skills From the third year onwards I would like to start an organisation where the society will be beneficial with technical and administrative skills that help to banking sector and financial sector (non-banking).

I would like to tell that I am a below average student till now I got only 47% of marks till under graduate level, because my mother ill-health or anything that is my personal depreciation state. Now a days after joined has a faculty I had seen students having much more problems and they are well studying from their motivation I had started studying and in my post-graduation I got 55% marks in MBA and I had also qualified UGC NET Lectureship Exam for the subject management. I had technical qualification i.e. I am Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist & Microsoft Certified Professional Developer in the area SharePoint technologies. Highly Potential in Computer Science Technology application I had observed that without knowing managerial and administrating skills we couldnt be success. In that region I had done my MBA from Pondicherry University through distance mode.

I had done various works at previous time like Aquaculture, Brick Industry, Rice cultivation at a paddy field, Coconut Plants fields like Agriculture as a farmer but in the sequence of working in that time I didnt receive any high income process to me. If I am doing that time I had planned all the things but in that process my money has been rotated for four years but I didnt receive any profit and loss also. I had thanked for that not getting loss at that time I had used my energy but I didnt received any more profit also. Meanwhile if I joined in ISB I think that you will train me as getting Solutions and solve any problems that What I had been done in my work.
