GENERAL
The SP170 Finishing Tables provide a convenient work area for topping, filling or icing baked goods or doughnuts. The table is constructed of easy-to-clean stainless steel and has a full undershelf and an optional overshelf. Sturdy welded construction provides ample strength for holding bulk pails of fillings or icings. Built-in warmer(s) and pull-out drawer(s) are provided. Warmer(s) can be built on the left or right. The 120 V cord and plug is standard. Refer to the diagrams on page 2.

INSTALLATION
UNPACKING Immediately after unpacking, check for possible shipping damage. If the finishing table is found to be damaged, save the packaging material and contact the carrier within 15 days of delivery. Prior to installation, verify that the electrical service agrees with the specifications on the machine data plate. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION WARNING: THE FINISHING TABLE IS PROVIDED WITH A THREE-PRONG GROUNDING PLUG. THE OUTLET TO WHICH THIS PLUG IS CONNECTED MUST BE PROPERLY GROUNDED. IF THE RECEPTACLE IS NOT THE PROPER GROUNDING TYPE, CONTACT AN ELECTRICIAN. OPERATION

INDICATOR LIGHT

ON-OFF Switch

Turns the icing heaters on or off. The Indicator Light above the switch indicates when the heaters are on. The internal thermostat maintains the well at 150 oF.

ADD WATER TO THE WELL PAN When adding water to the well pan, add only the appropriate amount of hot water. Do not overfill. Allow enough space in the well pan so water will not spill out when you set the icing pans in the well pan.

CLEANING WARNING: UNPLUG BEFORE CLEANING. Empty the water from the pan in the well. Empty icing pans. Clean as you would any cooking utensil. Clean all areas of the finishing table with a cloth and warm, soapy water. Rinse with a cloth and clean water. Allow to dry.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Warmer won't operate. Possible Cause Electrical power not connected. Circuit breaker tripped or fuse blown. SERVICE Contact your authorized Bakery Sytems service agency.
