WHILST ALL CAMERA’S CAN BE USED FOR THIS TECHNIQUE, CAMERA’S WITH ‘LEAF’ SHUTTERS HAVE GREATER VERSITILITY – MAMIYA 7, RZ; HASSELBLAD; WISTA ALL USE LEAF SHUTTERS " " CAMERA’S WITH FOCAL PLANE SHUTTERS ARE RESTRICTED TO THEIR MAX FLASH ‘SYNC’ SPEED   USING A LIGHTMETER (ON SUNSHINE MODE) TAKE AN INCIDENT READING OF THE AMBIENT LIGHT WITHIN THE ENVIRONMENT   ESTABLISH THE DEPTH OF FIELD YOU WISH TO SHOOT AT – THIS READING OF APERTURE & SHUTTER SPEED IS COPIED TO THE CAMERA   USING THE LIGHTMETER (ON FLASH MODE), WITH A SHUTTER SPEED SET TO 250TH, TAKE A READING OF THE FLASH   THE POWER OF THE FLASH MUST BE BETWEEN 2 AND 3 ‘F-STOPS’ LESS THAN THE AMBIENT ‘F-STOPS’ - WHERE THE POWER OF THE FLASH IS TO BRIGHT USE NEUTRAL DENSITY & / OR ‘HALF TOUGH SPUN.’
