Description:

Using the latest technologies of 2010 in industrial automation, we built a pumping system for domestic and industrial usage, The main concern of this system is reliability and energy saving, It consist of four pumps controlled by four VSDs variable speed drives, and controlled by PLC and optimized and supervised by a Basic Touch panel as an HMI, connection between the PLC and the VSDs using profibus connection via USS protocol and connection between the HMI and PLC via Ethernet.

Job Description:

Perform scheduled preventive & corrective maintenance according to the International Electrical Committee standard IEC. Manage a team of maintenance technicians & operators to operate and maintain the plant. Predict and prevent expected faults Calibrate, test electronic instruments& equipments like lens sensors, actuators, valves etc Innovate new ways and add new parts to the system in order to increase productivity and improve the product.

Achievements & projects done: Second filler face mix device

Design and implement a second filling device for face mix with the help of the mechanical engineer was the main and the biggest influential project in the plant, it was a great transition in the plant product quality which give us the opportunity to enter big and high profitable projects
Power factor correction

Using Schneider controller to improve the plant power factor that project decreases the annual power pill by about 20 % which was very profitable to the plant.
