Welcome
This workbook is a guide to navigating your unique journey and will be a living testament to your emerging spirit. The intention is to ground and focus your vision so that you can achieve abundance and success on all levels of your being. Some of the exercises will stretch you beyond your normal comfort zone. Notice when this happens, because these are the moments when you can make breakthroughs. It is important to know that you may feel awkward and this is a good thing. In order to learn something new, you need to pass through the awkward stage into a new territory. It has been called consciously incompetent. The more you practice, the more comfortable you will be and the easier it will be to integrate the new learning. It takes a minimum of 21-40 days to change any habit. Be gentle with yourself and give yourself a break when you notice resistance. I have also found that these exercises are very powerful when you share the ahas with like-minded souls. In my life, the daily ritual of starting my day with meditation, journaling, inspirational quotes, reading or picking a card (Goddess, Animal, Ascended Masters, Angel) has proved grounding and gives me extra clarity and energy. In this workbook, each day includes an inspiration for the day , a daily workbook question and an action step . Please check off the box next to the action step as soon as it is completed. This is very important in monitoring your own progress. As soon as you wake up, and before you get out of bed say thank you. When you start off the day with gratitude, you add to the abundance of the world and open up the energy of receiving. You always have a choice to focus on what you lack or what you have in the present moment. I recommend focusing on what you do have in your life right now.

I have been teaching and using creative visualization techniques for over 30 years. They are powerful and they work. I recommend that you spend 5 minutes a day visualizing your goals as if they were present realities. The more you include your five senses, the easier it is for the Universe to get your message. In other words, how do you feel when you imagine your perfect job or relationship? What do you see in your beautiful dream home? Are there any scents involved in your wonderful vacation scenario? Can you touch or taste anything in this visualization? The more excitement and enthusiasm you show, the faster you tend to manifest. For the next 30 days do not watch or listen to the news before going to bed. Do not be afraid to make mistakes. Fear of failing has kept many people from even going for their dreams. This fear limits what you think is possible and creates living in a small box. Use all failures as learning experiences and your life will be richer and more successful. Pay attention to the voices inside your head that will lead you off track. These are the ones that say: This is too hard, or Youre not good enough, or You should be making more money by this time, or even Relationships are dangerous. Know that as you make changes in your life, there will be voices inside your head that will try and stop you. There are also the voices that will encourage and support you. Choose which ones will receive your attention*. I created this workbook to help you along your way. If you commit to following this guidebook, not only will your days be more successful, but also you will be obtaining the mindset needed to manifest the things in life that you truly desire.

Are the thoughts you are thinking consistent with the goals you are choosing? For example, if you want to create 5 million dollars this year , but believe that the economy cannot support your business, you are sending mixed messages to the Universe.

Write down 5 goals that you want to create. Next to each one, write down a thought that would be good to believe in order to move you closer to achieving each goal. For example: Goal to find your soul mate. Belief: There are a lot of perfect partners for me

Take your first goal from day 3: What do you need to know to be more successful? If you are not sure, find someone to help you brainstorm ideas.

Take action on your insight. Read a book, sign up for a class, or set up an appointment with a coach or mentor.

What do you do to become heart-centered? What does that mean to you?

Turn off your phone. Light a candle and spray some Unplug (or light some rose or lavender incense). Place your hand over your heart and breathe in slowly. Imagine that you are opening your heart to love and the innate wisdom within you. Allow your thoughts to move from your head into your heart. Chant MA, MA, MA 21 times. Now notice how you feel.

Who is the most irritating person you know? What do they do to push your buttons?

Acknowledge that whatever is irritating you has a resonance deep within you. Notice where you act out in the same way. For example, an abusive person is making you crazy . Notice where you are abusive (maybe just to yourself). See that the person is just a larger version of something you need to work on.

Congratulations on Completing Your First W eek!


Here is a special ritual to celebrate your first week of success! Get a glass jar and make a label on it that says, Coins of Completion. Sit quietly and think about what you have achieved this week. Even the smallest thing counts. Place one coin in the jar for every success that you have had this week. Do this ritual each week for 4 weeks.

Who do you still need to forgive?

Write a letter to the person you want to forgive. If it is appropriate, send it. If not, put the letter in an envelope, write their first name on the address line without an address. Place a stamp on the letter and mail it. Symbolically you are opening up space between you.

Where are you holding a limited view of someone? See if you are still holding on to old prejudices, such as Men are..., Women are...., New Yorkers are.........., Artists are.......

Make a case why this is not true. If you held on to the thought that baby boomers are not tech savvy, find someone who breaks this mold or if you think artists can't be practical, find someone who has made a fortune and kept it.

What do you appreciate about yourself?

Look into a mirror. Really look into your eyes and say, "I love you and I open myself to receive your love." Continue for 3-5 minutes. Notice how you feel. Do this exercise often.

How do you feel about your body? Write or draw your feelings?

Spend today loving your body no matter what shape it is in. Get a massage or make sure to do something physical like taking a wonderful bath in oils. Eat only food that nourishes your body. Tell your body how much you appreciate it.

When is the last time you had a real belly laugh? What were you doing? Who were you with? Laughter is crucial for a healthy mind, body and spirit.

Rent a video, go to a movie, do laughter yoga, tell silly jokes go to a comedy club, or look online for anything that makes you really really laugh.

Ritual To Celebrate Your Second W eek


Earth Healing Ritual Go outside and find a large tree. Stand with your back against the tree. If it is warm enough, take your shoes off and feel the earth beneath your feet. Spend 10-15 minutes allowing the energy of the earth to balance your mind, body and spirit. Give thanks for the healing that Mother Earth has given you.

Do you consider yourself a good listener? Most people only listen 25% effectively and when under stress this can go down to almost 2%. Who do you know whom you consider a good listener? What qualities do they have.

Turn off your phone. Have a piece of paper and pen handy. Take a deep breath and imagine you could connect to a great teacher. Imagine them in your mind's eye. Now ask this teacher, "What do I need to know right now?" Write down anything that comes to you without judging it.

Ritual To Acknowledge Your Process
Love Note to Yourself Ritual Take a large poster board. Paste or glue a picture of yourself in the middle, and as if you were signing a congratulations card, write positive messages to yourself all around your picture.

For example: Great job! You are my role model! Your smile lights up my day! Love your positive attitude and open heart!
Place this somewhere where you can look at it daily.
