Q1. Draw a character sketch of yourself. Describe the type of person you think you are.

(150 words) Ans: I think I am very straight forward person and highly dignified. I always take a positive approach towards my activities and my life. I have been rewarded with everything I have wanted in my educational career. The reason for this, I think is my hard work and my dedication. I know what I want to do and I will surely fetch my goals. Character wise, I am very silent and friendly person. I always like to work in group and with my friends. I like to learn from my friends and in my opinion, we learn more from our friends than our teachers. Q2. Drawing from the above, perform a SWOT analysis on you. Try to list and describe at least 3 of each. Which is the one quality that is dearest to you, and why. Within opportunities, specifically try to include some that you perceive to achieve from. (300 words) Ans:1) Strengths-Diligence, quick learner, strong determination to succeed. 2) Weaknesses-Workaholic, little egoistic when it comes to winning things, too friendly. 3) Opportunities-Networking, personality development, team work ethics, international business exposure. 4) Threats-lack of practical skills. My quality of being diligent is the dearest to me because I actually stand by the meaning of the word.I complete my job with whole valor and devotion to its fullest. Q4. Describe what you wish to achieve from your stint at. Highlight 3 activities that you intend to do in order to gain greater confidence in preparation of your goal, and why. (300 words) Ans: I wish to build a strong network with my peers and the alumni of I want to improve my personality and give it a whole new dimension such that it suits the corporate business world. In order to gain confidence in preparation of my goal, I would actively participate in each and every interactive event that will take place on the campus. Also, I would like to be a part of Student Council Committee and work in the same so that I will grow my network and develop my persona. Q3. Tell us about your interests (like to do) and/or hobbies (passionately follow). Describe 3 things that you are passionate about. Also elucidate with examples of some activities that you do that bring out these passions. (200 words) Ans: I like playing carrom, browsing internet, reading business magazines. I am passionate about teaching, managing events. I bring out my passion of teaching by guiding my juniors in their academia. I often take the responsibility of organizing and managing the family events. I have also managed a couple of technical/non technical events in my college days. Q5. Give us a brief idea of which sector/profession you would like to enter, and why. Also, try to link it with your prior work-experience and/or educational background, or the lack thereof. (200 words)

Ans:I would like to enter the sector of management consulting. It has always fascinated me and is actually the cause I am going for my management studies. I have no prior work experience but I have always wanted to help my friends in managing their studies, their difficulties and problems. My studies till now never taught me political factors and the legal factors. As an engineer I was taught to think logically.If this then that is the attitude which is installed in every engineer. But this does not work every time in the business world. Management of anything needs rigorous analysis and study.
