An Overview:
The War for Talent will continue to get intense making it important to adopt effective approach and strategy to ensure constant flow of qualified talent pipeline to get winning edge in this globally competitive environment. Assessment/ Development centre is one of the most widely adopted approach by large organizations to build talent pipeline which includes identifying, developing, placing and promoting talent. An assessor plays a pivotal role in undertaking assessment of talent and ensuring these assessments are conducted in a fair, objective and unbiased manner. The role of an assessor is often played by external consultants, HR personnel, skip level managers, etc. An assessors evaluation has significant implications on critical organizational decisions spanning recruitment, career pathing, high-potential (Hi-Po) identification, development planning and succession planning. These assessments require specialized knowledge of utilizing related tools and evaluation techniques, understanding of the business context, individuals behavioral style and emotional intelligence. This five-day intensive program is focused on developing expertise and certifying professional ability to undertake such assessments. Successful completion of this training workshop as per specified requirements will result in a certification as an Assessor.
