Mumbai operation was launched from Karachi but was planned in Islamabad and the US attack was launched from Pakistan and Afghanistan bases of the Al Qaeda and the ISI. The footprints of Al Qaeda techniques in Mumbai operation can be easily detected by discerning eyes. It may be remembered that the LeT is intricately linked to the ISI, Al Qaeda and the Taliban. Exchange of technology is a common feature. After a lot of mulling, blaming many opinions have been expressed by multi-mouthed government agencies and more are yet to come . Alias, domestic anger is being sprouting over the existing counter-terrorist regime in India which lacks a vital pre-requisite identification of the threat . A time has come to get angry. It is no more enough for the media to tom-tom the virtue of the metro cities like Mumbai, eulogizing their infinite shrugging capability and sleep over the ghastly incidents taking toll of hundreds of lives and going about usual business and animalistic daily chores
In Simple english: Delusion or wild ideas arise from anger. That anger is an animal instinct and is originated by obstruction to achieve desired object and lust .The mind is bewildered by delusion. Reasoning is destroyed when the mind is bewildered. One falls from the right path when reasoning is destroyed But truly there is line between Holy book Geeta and Mundane. That anger was over who handle important affaires of our nation. This anger is not for saturating lust and fulfilling desire. This anger is more primordial- cave men wailing for total lack of safety form elemental hazards and approaching saber-toothed predator. You and all of us are being attacked by armed predators from inside and outside the country. Our constitutional protectors are freezed and cannot defend us. They simply rob our resources; stack inside the country or in foreign accounts. They are above the law and we have no law and order coverage. You have wiped enough tears, you have washed enough blood. Stop wiping and washing. Stand up. Ask: how long this drama would continue? How long would we be asked to sacrifice? For whom? Get angry, for the first and last time . Many researchers , writers, politicians, bureaucrat have discussed this issue so far . But think that rupees 30 out of your hundred go to pay these politicians and bureaucrats. Why maintain these white elephants if they cannot protect you? Please freeze your tears, please preserve those blood rivulets and steel your mind. Your determined non-cooperation and your sustained pressure alone can change the rotten imperial system of political and bureaucratic dispensation.
Before you do so you should know what has gone wrong and how the enemy is able to hit our heart like we are a banana Caribbean island. Pakistan' s(ISI) educational labyrinth : How kasab is produced ? . The following table would indicate the growth of Madrasa education in Pakistan:
Table 1( Sources – XXX agency). Profile of madrassa education in Pakistan 1. Number of secondary and higher madrasas: 6,000 2. Senior and graduate level madrasas: 4,335 3. Deobandi madrasas: 2,333 4. Afghan students: 16,598 The Class 5 book has this original discovery about Hindu help to bring British rule to India : "The British had the objective to take over India and to achieve this, they made Hindus join them and Hindus were very glad to side with the British. After capturing the subcontinent, the British began on the one hand the loot of all things produced in this area, and on the other, in conjunction with Hindus, to greatly suppress the Muslims." The Std VIII book says, "Their (Muslim saints) teachings dispelled many superstitions of the Hindus and reformed their bad practices. Thereby Hindu religion of the olden times came to an end." On Indo-Pak wars, the books give detailed descriptions and openly eulogize 'jihad' and 'shahadat' and urge students to become 'mujahids' and martyrs and leave no room for future friendship and cordial relations with India. According to a Class 5 book, "In 1965, the Pakistani army conquered several areas of India, and when India was on the point of being defeated, she requested the United Nations to arrange a ceasefire. After 1965, India, with the help of Hindus living in East Pakistan, instigated the people living there against the people of West Pakistan, and finally invaded East Pakistan in December 1971. The conspiracy resulted in the separation of East Pakistan from us. All of us should receive military training and be prepared to fight the enemy." The book prescribed for higher secondary students makes no mention of the uprising in East Pakistan in 1971 or the surrender by more than 90,000 Pakistani soldiers. Instead, it claims, "In the 1971 India-Pakistan war, the Pakistan armed forces created new records of bravery and the Indian forces were defeated everywhere." The students of Class 3 are taught that "Muhammad Ali (Jinnah) felt that Hindus wanted to make Muslims their slaves and since he hated slavery, he left the Congress". At another place it says, "The Congress was actually a party of Hindus. Muslims felt that after getting freedom, Hindus
would make them their slaves. Ajmal Qasab was made to believe that waging jihad was the holy duty as explained in dissertations of Hafiz Ibrahim, Anwar al Awlaki, al Jawahiri etc. Many Indian Muslim youths are also being trapped in the witches’ mirrors of jihad and certain pockets of Indians Muslims have been greatly affected. Still after this aghast attack Antulay’s and other Indian Muslims are still being groomed in the political philosophy of separatism, a trait inherited from pre-independence days. The ghosts of Muslim League and Jinnah are revisiting these political and jihadi breed. Indian Counter Intelligence: need levee en masse approach- knight tramplers. Levee en masse has been introduced in the years following the French Revolution, the levee en masse held that every citizen had a duty to fight his country's enemies. Counter-intelligence does not function in a vacuum — its efficacy depends upon national will. The NIA will face enormous resource constraints. An agency with a sanctioned strength of a thousand personnel cannot hope to smash terrorist networks that have eluded the 25,000strong IB. Having arrest powers will only marginally increase its effectiveness, since groundlevel presence of operatives will remain extremely poor. What this means is that the existing counter-terrorist regime in India lacks a vital pre-requisite: identification of the threat. For too long have politicians and peace activists obfuscated the fact that Pakistan is at war with this country. Since the early '80s, its Inter Services Intelligence has refined state sponsorship of terrorism to the point where it has become integral to their foreign policy. In effect, Pakistan is using terrorism to blackmail India. Its efforts in this direction are sustained by widespread participation from sections of the Pakistani public. Through anti-India propaganda, a criminal economy based on narcotics-trafficking and a parallel government run by radical Islamists, the ISI has mobilised the Pakistani society for a long-drawn proxy war. In doing so, it has resurrected an 18th century concept called the levee en masse. There were no non-combatants: entire societies needed to contribute to the war effort. Using this concept, Napoleon conquered most of Europe. He was only defeated once his enemies too mobilised their own countrymen to wage total war. Defeating the Pakistani terrorist threat will require a matching transformation in how Indian society functions.-India Needs Knight Templers” who defied the Muslim invaders till the last men, for preserving the Christian political presence in Jerusalem
“He is said to be unmanifest, unthinkable, and unchanging. Therefore, knowing him as such, thou shouldst not grieve.”
A Balanced policy :Stable Pakistan is not in India's Interest If someone is not in mood of convinced then on moral obligation responsible state has moral obligation to shelve the untidiness. An elaborate welfare state in domestic politics, something that has been called a socialized monarchy,2 he proved willing to defend the general good of this monarchy with harsh measures. As we said Pakistani terror campaign require matching force that will put them anvil criation of such knight tramplers as instrument of foreign integral policy. As per famous quotes from Yajurveda: An establishments of amphibious activities around your enemy requires reckless minds who have trigger passion for there kingdom and “ (kshmata ) ability” to influence the commanders and ministers.
For a man's ability is inferred from his capacity shown in work. And in accordance in difference in the working capacity,Having divided the spheres of their powers and having definitely taken into consideration the place and time where and when they have to work, such persons shall be employed not as councillors (mantrinah- Consulates ) but as ministerial officers .
Such brave desperados of the country who, reckless of their own life, confront elephants or tigers in fight mainly for the purpose of earning money are termed fire-brands or fiery spies (t kshna). Those who have no trace of filial affection In developing a balanced policy response, India should unmistakably signal that there would be no downsizing of the Indian presence in Afghanistan. Any policy movement in that direction would be seen as a victory for the Taliban and could encourage them to indulge in further intimidation. As an important power in the region, India needs to play a key role in the reconstruction and stability in Afghanistan and also in preventing that country from emerging as a "playing ground" for regional powers and their proxies. India can look towards significantly expanding its assistance in the training and arming of Kabul's security forces, including the Afghan National Army and police. India has opened consulates in Herat and Mazhar-e-Sharif in August 2002 and in Kandahar and Jalalabad in December 2002 to co-ordinate its efforts better.. These consulates complement the Embassy at Kabul, currently being headed by Ambassador Vivek Katju. The Embassy was closed on 26 September 1996 after the Taliban took over Kabul. The increasing Indian presence in reconstruction activity (1,500 to 2,500 workers) has, however, irked Pakistan and its Afghan protégés. Pakistan has raised objections to India opening
consulates in Jalalabad, Herat and Kandahar and is also opposed to India's deployment of paramilitary forces in Afghanistan along areas close to its borders. With instability challenging Islamabad's authority in Balochistan and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), Pakistan has concerns about "Pushtun nationalism" raising its head. In its second annual "failed states" index, Pakistan is wary of the Indian diplomatic presence. It strongly believes that the Indian presence abets and promotes activity inimical to Pakistan’s interests. President Musharraf has contended that India’s decision to open these consulates had “nothing to do with the promotion of economic ties”, but intended to “harm Pakistan.” The Afghan Foreign Minister, Abdullah Abdullah, has clarified that the activities of the Indian consulates were “in the limits of their duty as consulates in accordance with international norms and principles.” President Karzai has also assured President Musharraf that Afghan soil would not be allowed to be used against Pakistan. In spite of these assurances to the contrary, Pakistan still nourishes suspicions of evil intent on India’s part. It accuses India, specifically the RAW (Research and Analysis Wing), of disseminating false currency, and running training camps for Afghans to carry out destructive activities, especially in the tribal areas bordering Pakistan. India rubbishes these allegations and maintains that, as two sovereign countries, India and Afghanistan have full rights to determine the nature and content of their bilateral relationship. Our diplomatic officials have significant ingress in the Afghan ministry of tribal affairs, and are exploiting it to conduct covert activities.Agents are instrumental in arranging meetings of tribal elders and Afghans with dual nationalities with Indian consulate officials in Jalalabad, and assisting them in spotting and recruiting suitable tribal elders from Jalalabad and Pakistan's North and South Waziristan Agencies for covert activities. India have invested heavily in its old connections with the leaders of the erstwhile Northern Alliance. It has sizeable support in Afghan parliament. Before the Afghan elections last year, the Indian ambassador called the Northern Alliance's major leadership at his residence and paid them a handsome amount to run their election campaign. India is gradually increasing the number of its paramilitary personnel in Afghanistan. It is stationing them there on the pretext of providing security and protection to the Border Roads Organization, which is constructing the Zaranj-Dilaram road, and its consulates. From a few personnel, the strength of Indian troops has reached almost that of a company size force and even includes Black Cat Commandos. Pakistan's double theory in coperation with war on terrorism with US and other side helping ammonitions to talibanis understood by USA services. Its give a strong colatertal colliation and liason between USA, India and Israel services. With the cover of US drone firing and cladestin actions ,several tribal areas which are under the tali bani hardcore area along “dera bukti line of Afghanistan” have been migrated to Pakistan balochistan. Balochistan have major threat of cessation for pakistan. As a baloch populations is rebelling against pakistani millitary etablishment. Sevaral accusations are made by pakistani offcials on Intel Services of USA , specially India for fanning rebellions. Balochistan liberation army is established to demand separate Greater Balochistan as a independent nation. of the armed movement, haven't been weaned away from the path of violence only because India has stoked their aspirations—and helped augment their stockpile of weapons. They say the BLA's demands are what most independent states encounter in their history. These include greater autonomy, a better share in the revenue accruing from the resources of the province, and a check on development projects which threaten to alienate the tribals from their land. In fact, India which earlier started working with foreign intelligence set up in elimination of Al-
Qaeda and construction of Afghanistan but slowly and gradually hijacked the war on terror and converted all efforts just to fight its sole interest of causing and creating disturbance in FATA. Some of the reports are available on media that India is supplementary anti Pakistan elements in creation of new Islamic Ummarat of Waziristan. A recreation of 1971 :”Bhed Neeti” The Taliban have become a threat for the Pakistan army [Images] like the Mukti Bahini in then East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) in 1971. A furious Taliban leadership has decided to send their fighters to Islamabad as a reaction to the army operations in the Swat valley on the troubled border with Afghanistan. The Taliban have already started painting walls in Islamabad with its threats, compelling the administration in the capital to erase these messages quickly. The East Pakistan-like situation from Darra Ademkhel to the mountains of Swat, the Pakistan army is not ready to surrender despite the fact that India is once again trying to exploit the situation by using threatening language against Islamabad. It is also astonishing that the Taliban in Swat and Bajour have included the names of some religious and jihadi leaders in their hit-lists only because they are not ready to fight against their countrymen. The Taliban have accused some militant leaders in the tribal areas and some leaders of the Lashkar-e-Tayiba [Images], the Harkat-ul Mujahideen [Images] and the Hizbul Mujahideen of trying to stop youngsters from fight against Pakistani forces. The Taliban have declared all these pro-Pakistan militants as their enemies. After the army intensified its operations in Swat, A top army officer linked with the operation in Swat said the "situation in Swat is much more complicated than East Bengal in 1971 where we were fighting against Indian-sponsored secular insurgents. The local population in East Bengal was fully supporting the insurgents, but the ground reality of Swat is very different. We are fighting the Taliban and they are demanding the enforcement of Islamic law in Swat and all the local political leaders are supporting this demand under public pressure." Conclusion: The people have to decide; now or never On above meanings some one has truly said Listen to your heart; listen to cries of your children, wife and other near and dear ones. Listen to your inner urging and cry in anger: CHANGE THE SYSTEM, CHANGE THE GOVERNING TOOLS, CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION, CHANGE THE LAWS, CHANGE THE CRIMINAL JURISPRUDENDEC SYSTEM AND DUMP THE POLITICIANS OF PRESENT VARIETY. It will take time but surely results would be “Utthistha Bharat”
“Weapons do not cleave this self, fire does not burn him; waters do not make him wet, nor does the wind make him dry.” “He is uncleavable, He cannot be burnt, He can neither be wetted nor dried. He is eternal, allpervading, unchanging and immovable, He is the same forever.” This article is not meant to inspire you to accumulate anger as a part of behavioral asset but to acquaint you the current scenarios that the way most of prominent dignitaries have quenched anger among the youth. And channeled in proper direction by knowing them slight realities of diplomatic affairs of India. Thanking You for your time. Regards Shital
