Exclusions  
 
Section  94  contributions  are  not  included  in  the  price.  Some  councils  may  require  payment  of   contributions  for  Complying  Development  Applications.       Long  Service  Levies  are  not  included  in  the  price   Storm-­‐water  system  upgrading:  If  required   Sewer  Encasement:  If  required   Services:  Onsite  connection  of  electrical.  Plumbing  and  communication  services  can  be  provided  by   the  client's  contractors  or  House  Logic's  preferred  contractors  at  the  client's  request  and  expense   unless  otherwise  stated  in  the  quotation.         Travel:  Costs  for  House  Logic's  contractors  to  remote  locations  for  installation  is  specifically  excluded   from  the  price.   Delivery:    Delivery  outside  Sydney  Metropolitan  Area  will  incur  delivery  costs.   Additional  works:  Such  as  decking,  pergolas,  privacy  fencing,  paving,  landscaping  or  incidental   construction  is  not  included  but  may  be  arranged  by  House  Logic  at  the  client's  request  and  expense.   Demolition  Works:    Demolition  works  and  removal  of  debris  not  specified  in  our  quotes  are  not   included   Grading  and  removal  of  dirt:    Land  leveling  and  grading  and  removal  of  dirt  is  excluded  unless   specified  in  our  quote.   Removal  of  trees:  Removal  of  any  trees  and  roots  required.   Unforeseen  excavation:  Through  rock  or  other  underground  services  including  the  breaking  of  any   hard  surfaces,  unless  specifically  noted  on  plans.   Electrical  Connection:    Provision  included  in  quote  is  for  $2,000.00  only,    excess  is  considered  a           variation.   Sewer  and  Water  Connection:    Provision  included  in  quote  is  for  $2,500.00  only,    excess  is  considered   a  variation.   (all  specifications  subject  to  change  without  prior  notice)
