Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, and employment.

DETAILED FUNCTIONS: 1. Screening of applicant base on required qualification 2. Facilitate initial assessment, such as testing exam and pre-interview of applicants 3. Assist HRD Manager for orientation and implementation of Co. Policy/ client’s Rules and Regulation 4. Computation of payroll with the coordination with HRD Manager 5. Process employee’s benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and etc… 6. Record keeping, collection of DTR for payroll 7. Maintaining of Employees 201 file ( restricted only for HRD assistant and Manager) 8. Maintaining Applicants record 9. Keeping employee’s safety, welfare and health condition Additional Task: 1. Visit deployed employees to their assigned site, ensuring that all will be in place according to the requirements of each client’s demand.
