GARY WILLIAMS 2011 1

Grade 4 Unit 6 (92) Journey

Finally it was the holidays! Geoff’s family was going to fly to South Africa! He packed his suitcase carefully with a little help from his mum. When they arrived at the airport his dad put the suitcases on a trolley and pushed it to the Check In desk. Geoff’s dad got the tickets as Geoff watched the airplanes through the window. A giant Airbus A380 landed on the runway. “That’s the largest passenger airplane in the world!” said Geoff excitedly. The A380’s engines looked like two fat missiles hanging under each wing.
