Introduction According to Xiao Hu (2011), today people play music more often than ever, and the need

for an easy way for daily users to search for music continues to rise. Research has been conducted to analyze similarities among music pieces based on which music can be organized in groups and recommended to users with suitable tastes. Until recently, most music classification studies focused on classifying music according to genre or artist style. Many non-formal music education provider established as a means of formal education provided by the government has not fully realized the importance of the music so that the facilities provided are considered the parents are still not adequate. Only a few of formal schooling who know the positive effects of music for the students and appreciate in a structured educational program, along with other education program, and very implemented. Limitations are the basis for the proliferation of means of formal music education. Of course, it cost a lot of money to given the facility such as musical instruments, then the place, and teachers must be qualified. However, this is not a barrier for parents, especially in big cities. In Jakarta, many established and well-known music school that survive today because scoring students are qualified in the field of musical art.
