The facts supporting this belief are as follows: D.W. and the defendant were involved in a car collision. As D.W. spoke with the defendant regarding car insurance, D.W. held his wallet in his hand. The defendant took D.W.’s wallet and the defendant and another male punched D.W. several times, before fleeing with D.W.’s wallet.
