ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL FCAT FAMILY NIGHT

Tuesday, March 19 in the cafeteria @ 6:00pm Parents & students come out for an evening of FCAT activities, door prizes (gift cards) & dinner (hot dogs chips, drinks, & dessert)!
A SPECIAL THANKS & NOTE OF PRAISE TO STUDENTS . . .
Ally Millender, Brook Pittman, Bre Barrack, Anna Riley, Laura Gallegos, Deborah Dempsey, Michael Daniels, and Kyle Hathcox!

On Saturday , March 9, at the Dinner/Dance for the Camp Gordon Johnston Days, some of Franklin County's finest young adults volunteered hours of their time to assist the veterans, as well as get a firsthand experience of World War II stories. These young adults served dinner to the guests, visited with the guests, and offered their own special thanks to all veterans for their service to our country. I did not prompt or ask them to do anything, but introduce themselves. I was so very proud of each and every one of them. Thanks to you all and Soar High Seahawks!!! -Rhonda Millender Skipper, Franklin County Property Appraiser

CONGRATULATIONS FCS BAND & BAND DIRECTOR KARL LETSER YOU HAVE MADE US PROUD!!!
The FCS Band scored a Superior rating on March 7th at the District 2 Concert Music Performance Assessment in Chipley, Fl. In addition to their superior performance, their behavior was outstanding (to the point of strangers coming up to our chaperones, asking who we were, where we were from, & recognizing how well our students represented our school). We qualified to participate in the State Concert Festival in Niceville at the New Performing Arts Center! We will start raising money for the $325.00 entry fee when we return from spring break.

Please congratulate our band students & spread the word!

-Karl Lester, FCS Band Director
