Article 5: Quality: through standard of AFI with Cafecontrol is inspector. Document of Payment: Signed Commercial Invoice in triplicate. Full set of original clean B/L(3/3) loaded on board marked FREIGHT PREPAID Phytosanitary Certificate issued by Plant Protection Department of Vietnam. Fumigation Certificate issued by Cafecontrol. Certificate of Weight, Quantity, Quality issued by Cafecontrol. Packing list.

Article 7: Arbitration: All dispute arising out or related to this contract shall be finally settle by Vietnam International Arbitration Center at Vietnam Chamber Commercial and Industry, Ho Chi Minh Branch, in accordance with its arbitration Rules. Arbitration fee or other related charge shall be borne by losing party, unless otherwise agreed. Article 8: General Condition. This contract is made in English of original, 1 for each party of equal value. This contract comes into effect from the signing date, any amentdent and additional clause to this contract shall be valid only if made in writing and sent by fax or telex and confirm by both Parties.
