The 3 beautiful Theatres Sirgar will be coming onto the Carmarthenshire menu from April 2013. Spend Time Credits to enjoy a range of shows. Performances payable with Time Credits will be shown in their brochures as well as in the Carmarthenshire menu.

Daring to be different, the Ffwrnes is a new creative and cultural centre for the performing arts, media & community events. It comprises of a state-of-the-art auditorium, specially designed to accommodate a broad range of performances, film screenings, conferences and cabarets, live gigs, eisteddfodau or even a traditional Twmpath Dawns or Tea Dance!

The LyricCarmarthen
The biggest of the venues, this historic building has recently been brought up-to-date with a major 1.5 million refurbishment including a new fly tower with 21 single purchase and 11 double purchase counterweight sets, an orchestra pit for 64 players with hydraulic lift and a backstage extension for wardrobe and dressing rooms. Within the auditorium the existing circle was considered to be too high so a smaller dress circle, with 80 seats, was built in front of the film projection box, the old circle becoming the upper circle.

The MinersAmmanford
Originally a single-balconied hall with a gently curving ceiling, a nearly flat floor has now been inserted, extending from front balcony level to the original proscenium line, reducing the height of the proscenium. A delightful theatrical asset, it is the most intimate of our venues, featuring original and restored Art Moderne-style decorative plaster work. The Miners is a hidden gem. Here youll find a lively programme of events that range from cosy and close-up shows with luminaries from stage, screen and literary worlds in An Audience With, plus brilliant children's theatre, engaging dramas, fun-filled pantomime and much more
