GTC Courses

As many of us struggle in the face of busy workloads, we may find ourselves caught in a trap of being over submissive; either through fear of losing our jobs or out of sheer necessity. This may lead to a vicious cycle of taking on too much eventually causing anger, stress, aggression, burn-out or fall-out. Do you often find yourself juggling too many commitments and then thinking, why did I take that on? Many women can benefit from learning assertiveness skills and the skill to communicate personal preferences in a way that leaves them empowered.

This workshop is all about how you can fulfil your potential and get the most out of your career and life. The aim of the day is to help you to stop comparing yourself with others. Instead the focus should be on getting you on track with your personal and professional goals. Identify how you may be sabotaging your own success by habits and self-limiting beliefs. Leave with a plan of action and your route map to achieving your goals.

When people think of brand, they usually think about an organisations brand image. But each of us has our own personal brand: its the way we are able to communicate what we stand for. Its how others describe i.e. our reputation. Our social identity is interlinked to our personal brand and its how we identify different groups in society. Exploring the theme of gender dynamics not all women are the same, yet they are all female. Likewise with men; they do not all behave the same yet they are male. We all have within us mixture of masculine and feminine characteristics, preferences, and behaviours.
