A major global financial services provider engaged in retail banking, credit cards, corporate banking, investment banking, wealth management and investment management services with an extensive international presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia

Solution Assist in the logical move of Database Servers (clustered and non-clustered) from the existing location to a new location. Developed and maintained procedural documentation and historical analysis for performance and critical impact events. Executed an extremely streamlined of accepting tickets over the Vulcan system and through calls.
