See, What a Morning

See, what a morning, gloriously bright, With the dawning of hope in Jerusalem; Folded the grave-clothes, tomb filled with light, As the angels announce, "Christ is risen!"

See God's salvation plan, Wrought in love, borne in pain, paid in sacrifice, Fulfilled in Christ, the Man, For He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!

See Mary weeping, "Where is He laid?" As in sorrow she turns from the empty tomb; Hears a voice speaking, calling her name; It's the Master, the Lord raised to life again!

The voice that spans the years, Speaking life, stirring hope, bringing peace to us, Will sound till He appears, For He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!

One with the Father, Ancient of Days, Through the Spirit who clothes faith with certainty. Honor and blessing, glory and praise To the King crowned with pow'r and authority!

And we are raised with Him, Death is dead, love has won, Christ has conquered; And we shall reign with Him, For He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!

And we are raised with Him, Death is dead, love has won, Christ has conquered; And we shall reign with Him, For He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!

And we shall reign with Him, For He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!

Behold Our God

Who has held the oceans in His hands? Who has numbered every grain of sand? Kings and nations tremble at His voice All creation rises to rejoice

Behold our God seated on His throne Come let us adore Him Behold our King nothing can compare Come let us adore Him!

Who has given counsel to the Lord? Who can question any of His Words? Who can teach the One who knows all things? Who can fathom all His wondrous deeds?

Behold our God seated on His throne Come let us adore Him Behold our King nothing can compare Come let us adore Him!

Who has felt the nails upon His hands Bearing all the guilt of sinful man? God eternal humbled to the grave Jesus, Savior risen now to reign!

Behold our God seated on His throne Come let us adore Him Behold our King nothing can compare Come let us adore Him!

You will reign forever! (Let Your glory fill the earth) You will reign forever! (Let Your glory fill the earth) (Repeat)

You will reign forever! (Let Your glory fill the earth) You will reign forever! (Let Your glory fill the earth) (Repeat)

Behold our God seated on His throne Come let us adore Him Behold our King nothing can compare Come let us adore Him!

Behold our God seated on His throne Come let us adore Him Behold our King nothing can compare Come let us adore Him!

My Heart Is Filled With Thankfulness

Sanctuary Choir

My heart is filled with thankfulness To Him who bore my pain; Who plumbed the depths of my disgrace And gave me life again; Who crushed my curse of sinfulness And clothed me in His light And wrote His law of righteousness With pow'r upon my heart.

My heart is filled with thankfulness To Him who walks beside; Who floods my weaknesses with strength And causes fears to fly; Whose ev'ry promise is enough For ev'ry step I take, Sustaining me with arms of love And crowning me with grace.

My heart is filled with thankfulness To him who reigns above, Whose wisdom is my perfect peace, Whose ev'ry thought is love. For ev'ry day I have on earth Is given by the King; So I will give my life, my all, To love and follow him. I’ll love and follow Him.

My Hope Is Built on Nothing Less

My hope is built on nothing less Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness I dare not trust the sweetest frame But wholly lean on Jesus’ name

On Christ the solid Rock I stand All other ground is sinking sand All other ground is sinking sand

When darkness veils His lovely face I rest on His unchanging grace In every high and stormy gale My anchor holds within the veil

On Christ the solid Rock I stand All other ground is sinking sand All other ground is sinking sand

His oath, His covenant, His blood Support me in the whelming flood When all around my soul gives way He then is all my hope and stay

On Christ the solid Rock I stand All other ground is sinking sand All other ground is sinking sand

When He shall come with trumpet sound Oh may I then in Him be found Dressed in His righteousness alone Faultless to stand before the throne

On Christ the solid Rock I stand All other ground is sinking sand All other ground is sinking sand

On Christ the solid Rock I stand All other ground is sinking sand All other ground is sinking sand

O Breath of God

O breath of God, come fill this place; Revive our hearts to know Your grace; And from our slumber make us rise That we may know the Risen Christ.

O word of God, so clear and true, Renew our minds to trust in You; And give to us the bread of life That we may know the Risen Christ.

O love of God, so unrestrained, Refresh our souls in Jesus' name. Let us reflect Your sacrifice That we may know the Risen Christ.

May God the Father, God the Son, And God the Spirit make us one. In holiness let us unite That we may know the Risen Christ.

Jesus, Lover of My Soul

Jesus, lover of my soul, Let me to Thy bosom fly, While the nearer waters roll, While the tempest still is high. Hide me, O my Savior, hide, ’Til the storm is past; Safe into the haven guide; Receive my soul at last.

Other refuge have I none, I helpless, hang on Thee; Leave, oh leave me not alone, Support and comfort me. All my trust on Thee is stayed, Help from Thee I bring; Cover my defenseless head The shadow of Thy wing.

Thou, O Christ, are all I want, More than all in thee I find; Raise the fallen, cheer the faint, Heal the sick, and lead the blind. Just and holy is Thy Name, I am all unrighteousness; False and full of sin I am; Thou full of truth and grace.

Plenteous grace with Thee is found, Grace to cover all my sin; Let the healing streams abound; Make and keep me pure within. Thou of life the fountain art, Let me take of Thee; Spring Thou up within my heart; to all eternity.

This Kingdom

Jesus, God’s righteousness revealed, The Son of Man, the Son of God– His kingdom comes. Jesus, redemption’s Sacrifice, Now glorified, now justified, His kingdom come.

And this kingdom will know no end, And its glory shall know no bounds; For the majesty and power of this kingdom’s King has come.

And this kingdom’s reign and this kingdom’s rule And this kingdom’s power and authority; Jesus, God’s righteousness revealed.

Just As I Am

Just as I am, without one plea, But that Thy blood was shed for me, And that Thou bidst me come to Thee, O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

Just as I am, and waiting not To rid my soul of one dark blot, To Thee whose blood can cleanse each spot, O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

I come broken to be mended I come wounded to be healed I come desperate to be rescued I come empty to be filled I come guilty to be pardoned by the blood of Christ the Lamb And I’m welcomed with open arms, praise God just as I am.

Just as I am, I would be lost, But mercy and grace my freedom bought, And now to glory in your cross, O Lamb of God, I come, I come.

I come broken to be mended I come wounded to be healed I come desperate to be rescued I come empty to be filled I come guilty to be pardoned by the blood of Christ the Lamb And I’m welcomed with open arms, praise God just as I am.

I come broken to be mended I come wounded to be healed I come desperate to be rescued I come empty to be filled I come guilty to be pardoned by the blood of Christ the Lamb And I’m welcomed with open arms, praise God just as I am.

Praise God, just as I am.

The Power of the Cross

Oh, to see the dawn Of the darkest day: Christ on the road to Calvary. Tried by sinful men, Torn and beaten, then Nailed to a cross of wood.

This, the pow'r of the cross: Christ became sin for us; Took the blame, bore the wrath— We stand forgiven at the cross.

Oh, to see the pain Written on Your face, Bearing the awesome weight of sin. Ev'ry bitter thought, Ev'ry evil deed Crowning Your bloodstained brow.

This, the pow'r of the cross: Christ became sin for us; Took the blame, bore the wrath— We stand forgiven at the cross.

Now the daylight flees; Now the ground beneath Quakes as its Maker bows His head. Curtain torn in two, Dead are raised to life; "Finished!" the vict'ry cry.

This, the pow'r of the cross: Christ became sin for us; Took the blame, bore the wrath— We stand forgiven at the cross.

Oh, to see my name Written in the wounds, For through Your suffering I am free. Death is crushed to death; Life is mine to live, Won through Your selfless love.

This, the pow'r of the cross: Christ became sin for us; Took the blame, bore the wrath— We stand forgiven at the cross.

This, the pow'r of the cross: Son of God—slain for us. What a love! What a cost! We stand forgiven at the cross.

He Leadeth Me

Sanctuary Choir

He leadeth me! O blessed thought! O words with heav’nly comfort fraught! Whate’er I do, wheree’er I be, still ‘tis God’s hand that leadeth me.

Sometimes ‘mid scenes of deepest gloom, Sometimes where Eden’s bowers bloom, by waters still, o’er troubled sea, Still ‘tis His hand that leadeth me.

He leadeth me, He leadeth me; By His own hand He leadeth me; His faithful foll’wer I would be, For by His hand He leadeth me.

Lord, I would place my hand in Thine, nor ever murmur, nor repine; Content, whatever lot I see, Since ‘tis my God that leadeth me, He leadeth me.

And when my task on earth is done, When, by Thy grace, the vict’ry’s won, E’en death’s cold wave, I will not flee; since God through Jordan leadeth me.

He leadeth me, He leadeth me; By His own hand He leadeth me; His faithful foll’wer I would be, For by His hand He leadeth me.

He leadeth me, He leadeth me, He leadeth me, He leadeth me, He leadeth me.

Behold the Lamb (Communion Hymn)

Behold the Lamb who bears our sins away, Slain for us - and we remember The promise made that all who come in faith Find forgiveness at the cross. So we share in this bread of life, And we drink of His sacrifice As a sign of our bonds of peace Around the table of the King.

The body of our Savior Jesus Christ, Torn for you - eat and remember The wounds that heal, the death that brings us life Paid the price to make us one. So we share in this bread of life, And we drink of His sacrifice As a sign of our bonds of love Around the table of the King.

The blood that cleanses every stain of sin, Shed for you - drink and remember He drained death's cup that all may enter in To receive the life of God. So we share in this bread of life, And we drink of His sacrifice As a sign of our bonds of grace Around the table of the King.

And so with thankfulness and faith we rise To respond, - and to remember Our call to follow in the steps of Christ As His body here on earth. As we share in His suffering We proclaim Christ will come again! And we’ll join in the feast of heaven Around the table of the King

In Christ Alone

In Christ alone my hope is found; He is my light, my strength, my song; This cornerstone, this solid ground, Firm through the fiercest drought and storm. What heights of love, what depths of peace, When fears are stilled, when strivings cease! My comforter, my all in all— Here in the love of Christ I stand.

In Christ alone, Who took on flesh, Fullness of God in helpless babe! This gift of love and righteousness, Scorned by the ones He came to save. Till on that cross as Jesus died, The wrath of God was satisfied; For ev'ry sin on Him was laid— Here in the death of Christ I live.

There in the ground His body lay, Light of the world by darkness slain; Then bursting forth in glorious day, Up from the grave He rose again! And as He stands in victory, Sin's curse has lost its grip on me; For I am His and He is mine— Bought with the precious blood of Christ.

No guilt in life, no fear in death— This is the pow'r of Christ in me; From life's first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny. No pow'r of hell, no scheme of man, Can ever pluck me from His hand; Till He returns or calls me home— Here in the pow'r of Christ I'll stand.
