Non-renewed teacher believes he is being discriminated against for having ADHD and believes his supervisor lied on his evaluation and believes retaliation occurred because he challenged sp ed referrals. The District is not following its union agreement to cut wages by 1.9 % by taking just 1% out of paychecks and taking the other .9% out in furlough days. Principal called in, with Districts knowledge, an outside contractor to perform cleaning work that should have gone to custodians under the union contract. Ethics allegation that principal might have a relative in the cleaning business. Complainant says principal is retaliating because ethics complaint was brought against principal.

Tolley addressed the issues with the principal of the school. There are no paraprofessionals at the school. Others in the classroom can be probation officers or Boys and Girls Club volunteers.
