I am a recent graduate with a degree in Graphic Design. I have gained practical work experience in retail and customer service, as well as with both agency and corporate design teams based in the Midlands, successfully producing ideas and final artwork for use by clients. Work Experience Part-time Merchandise Associate, British Home Stores, Sept 2012 Feb 2013 Responsibilities include: Till trained to handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift vouchers, promotional vouchers and exchanges Fitting room duties, including the return of the clothing to the shop floor Experience with stock replenishment, recovery of rails, mark downs for clearance and promotional offers, setting up shop with signage ready for event days and general customer service Work experience: Graphic Design/Administration Assistant, Birmingham Dental Hospital, February 2013 and again previously in April 2011 Two weeks total work experience in the Clinical Illustration department of the Dental Hospital.
