PREFACE
This project of to study the Effectiveness of Recruitment & Selection process of Tata DOCOMO (Tata Teleservices Ltd), will give us the complete information about the Tata Teleservices Ltds Recruitment & Selection Process... We can enter the record of new Employees and retrieve the details of Candidates available in the company. We can recruit the candidates and select them and maintain their records and can also check how many candidates are selected and available in the Organization. In this project we can maintain the all process of Data Base managed in Recruitment & Selection. Throughout the project the focus has been on presenting information and comments in an easy and intelligible manner. The project is very useful for those who want to know about Recruitment & Selection Process. In the last, we gratefully acknowledge and express our gratitude to all staff members of Tata Teleservices Ltd. who supported us in preparing this project.
