TITLE : CAUSES OF STRESS

The causes of stress are financial problem, surrounding effect and relationship problem.

Financial problem happen when we do not know how to manage our finance and the result is debts are pulling up then we become stress. There are people said that, the more we have a money, the more stress we get. It is true because, when we become rich , we want to buy everything even though we know it will not give us any benefit or interest. They prefer to purchase useless thing like buy a new gadget, shopping, make a loan and so on compare pay the debts that already they have to pay. So the result is, their debts become increase day per day.

We can get stress from surrounding due to the pressure from workplace and also university life. Mostly people who are facing this problem are either an employee or students. They can become stress once they have a lot of things to be settled down but they don’t have enough time to finish it. People who are facing this were actually for those who like to postpone their duty or maybe they don’t give a good commitment on their responsibilities. Besides student would experience more stress due to the assignments, pack classes and also exams. They might feel burdened from the

Relationship problem from people around us like family and friends also influence us to become stress. Based on the cause that have been state . . However there are also parents who often fought in front of the children. That’s why we can get stress from the surrounding. stress can happen in many way like surrounding effect. This is how relationship can lead us to become stress. For example we can become stress from our family like if we are having an abusing from them. financial problem and etc. Parents who divorce can also make the child become stress. when someone in stress it will effect the people who stayed surrounding them.assignments and exams the this would lead to stress. This is certainly not good for the growth of a child. Parents should be protective to their children rather than ignoring them or harass them. Same goes to friends. Mostly for the child. relationship problem. The conclusion is stress can happen to anyone either child or adult. If this is the case. we must address this problem as soon as possible so that it will not interfere with our lives in the future. When a person doesn’t have any friends or being betrayed by theis friends can also make them become more stress. Therefore. it is not surprising if the child is having problems then experiencing the stress. So it will cause a more negative effect if the stress is not handled.
