Governors”) issues this Order of Asscssment o l a Civil Money Pmalty (the “Order“) upon the conscnt of Central State Bank. Calera, Alabama (thc “Bank”). a state rnembn bank. in connection
with the Bank‘s violations ofRcgulation, H, 12 C.F R. Part 208. that implements the Act:

WHEREAS. by affixing its signature hereunder, the Bank has consented to the issuance
o f this Order by the Board o f Govcmots, and consentcd to comply with each and every provision
