Shahlon Group is the 2nd largest synthetic fabric manufacturers in India. The group ventured into textile business in 1984 wi th just 12 traditional power looms in Surat, Gujarat (India) and steadily expanded into twisting, sizing, texturizing, weaving, industrial fabric, parachute fabric, garments, medical garments, work wears and textile parks. Forward integration has been the cornerstone of evolution and growth of our group. In 1994, we became public limited company. Our shares are listed on leading Stock Exchange at Mumbai. Within a span of 27 years, we have grown to become a manufacturer of world class synthetic yarns, beams, fabrics and garments selling to manufacturers, exporters, defense personnels and wholesalers. Today, it is an esteemed group having turnover of over US $ 73 million and employees strength of over 1800. Besides group turnover of INR 330 crores, We also market Reliance's synthetic yarn products of around INR 945 crores (US $ 210 million). R&D
The R & D infrastructure comprises of imported and indigenous equipments i.e. Sample Warping, Sample Weaving, Small Package Dyeing Machine and software for Design and Development, handled by a highly qualified team. These professionals keep themselves updated by being in continuous touch with research institutes like MANTRA, SASMIRA, besides attending technical seminars in India and abroad. The center devotes itself mostly to the development of new products, product improvement, product modification, process standardization and improvement of handlooms for fabric sample and HTHP dyeing machine.

Social Responsibility
The company is running a project for rural development in conjunction with an active social organization "Oasis" for the upliftment of the rural community. The program aims providing better education facilities to the people in the villages. Under this project, various workshops for youth, women and leaders of the village are being organized for overall development of the village. ETP plant has been installed by the group in order to keep the environment clean and healthy. This plant enables to maintain zero discharge of any type of effluent into the public space. Shahlon Industries (P) Ltd has launched an innovative range of Reusable Medical & Operation Theatre Garments such as Reusable Surgical Gown, Scrub Suit, Wrappers and Patient Drapes. Apart from the manufacturing activities, the group is also engaged in marketing of POY, PFY & PTY manufactured by Reliance Industries Ltd. and its group companies. We market around 100000 metric tones of Reliance Products annually.

C & F Agent for Reliance Industries Ltd.

Besides Manufacturing, we also render our expert Warehouse Management services. We act as a domestic Clearing and Forwarding agent for Reliance Industries Ltd., operating a large warehouse setup known as FDC (Fast Delivery Centre) in industry circles. We provide total inventory management solutions encompassing the receipt, storage, delivery, invoicing, stock take and system management at the FDC at Niyol near Surat. Our exeperienced team of supply chain personnels handle cargo of 8000 tons per month.
