Evolution Is Not Based on Natural Laws PDF, by Duane Gish, Ph.D. How does the cosmological argument prove the existence of God? It doesn't. However, it comes very close.
Nothing 'proves' the existence or non-existence of God - it's a matter of faith - but the cosmological argument is evidence for design within the universe.

Max Planck On God: “Both religion and science need for their activities the belief in God, and moreover God
stands for the former in the beginning, and for the latter at the end of the whole thinking. For the former, God represents the basis, for the latter – the crown of any reasoning concerning the world-view.”

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Letters to the Editor: 1. T.B. - Your Exodus Chronology is ‘Artificial.’ You must use ‘Literal’ chronology. But I don’t see any reason to dismiss the 480 years of 1 Kings 6:1 as arbitrary or artificial. You apparently have taken the numbers from Judges and assumed that these are all sequential and without overlaps. But there is no evidence to suggest that this is the case. If the book of Judges included a total number of years (e.g.,

606), then you would have some evidence to support that view. Instead you seem to have privileged an assumption over a plain statement of chronology in 1 Kings 6:1. 2. Mike M. – The Bible uses some ‘Artificial’ chronology. Good job. (The Exodus chronology and Jubilees needs further examination. –ed.)
