Director’s Note: “If God is for us, who can be against us? – Romans 8:31” Director.

From the word itself, Direct. To lead the way. To take the path. To handle the wheel. The captain of the ship. These horrible things pressured me at that particular moment when they choose me to lead our group in CETV. In fact, i am not into leadership. I am more of a follower. A passionate servant to the authority. A submissive type of person without thinking about my own personal benefits. In production, I am more of an actor, sometimes, part of the creative team who is responsible in making stories. Malikot kasi yung utak ko. Minsan nga akala ko may ADHD ako. That is why as much as possible, I don’t want to lead. I have this fear of putting the whole group into insanity. But when I heard these little voices saying, “kaya mo yan!! Tutulungan ka namin”, even with second thought, I accepted the responsibility. I have no choice. I became confident with our production line-up. Proven and tested pa nga yung pagkakasabi ko. Responsible people were appointed in their respective position. At first, it was too shaky for all of us in doing this kind of production. We must look back in our childhood days so that we will think like a kid. Appreciating little things that are given to us. It is a very challenging task for me. I don’t know where to start. I just pray. After that, i realized that I can do it. There is a lot of commotion happen during the pre-production, some grudges are professionally related, some are personal. Mahirap pala kapag ikaw yung nasa taas, nakikita mo kung ano at sino yung mga gumagawa o hindi. I don’t want to hurt other people. I just leave it to the Lord. Actually, at the first part of the pre-production, I have this peaceful feeling in heart, simply saying, all is well. In fact, every time that our PM gets mad to the group, I just stand between the gaps. Ayoko kasi yung nag aaway sa production, I do believe that in each and every person, there is this sense of responsibility. All you have to do as a leader is to unlock this sense to your member. Being a leader, all things must be initiated by you. When they saw you working, everybody else will follow. Such a heroic principle, but yes, I do believe in that. Everything must come first before you as a director. All things must be consider. Even their personal undertakings must be taken into action. You must know how to listen, so they will also know how to follow when you command. You must be the motivator of the group. You should be. I also learned how to become confident in taking the lead. I knew how to release the motivation to my members. I appreciate little efforts. I admire those who did their tasks. I realize that there are people exist in college life that thinks there minor efforts are enough in this kind of production. I met the professional side of my members. I met the director side of me. Cheers and gratitude to my fellow production heads, PM Carmela, APM Vhea, ADs Justine and May Ann, SM Denmark, Documentation head Paula, Technical head Ednel, Marketing head Maja. Hindi ko ito kakayanin ng mag-isa. Thanks for professional moments we shared. I learned a lot of things from you guys. Congratulations to us. To the rest of CETV group 2, thank you from the bottom of my hypothalamus. Let us be grateful to the Lord because we had been this far. I owe you the success of this

Too many hardships will make you a stronger person in the end.production.” Kudos BBrC 3-3. Let me end this note in this way. Basta’t sama sama. everything will fall into places. As long as you know how to believe in your capabilities and sense of responsibilities. To Dean Edna Bernabe. Animo 3D. Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things trough Christ who strengthens me. thank you so much ma’am for being our mentor in this CETV subject course. you must know how to believe in the Lord.
