You can now access to your files anywhere you go

And works with multiple computer or mobile devices

To begin, we will install Dropbox

Open your Web Browser

Note: No problem if you have other browser

On the address bar

Type www.dropbox.com

You will be directed to dropbox homepage

You can take a quick tour of dropbox

Or fill up all the information

Agree to Dropbox terms

Then click Create Account

You will be directed to download dropbox page.

Follow the 3 simple steps..

A download window will pop-out

Note: if ever you didnt see this

Go back to download page

And click restart the download

Now, you should have this window.

Click Save File

The installer will be downloaded

Double click the .exe file

Security Warning will appear

You can uncheck this if you like

Then click Run

You will then be directed to dropbox setup

Click Install and wait for a while

The dropbox setup appears again.

Since you already created an account

Choose this

Click Next

Enter your Log in Email and Password

Then click Next

Choose your desired Dropbox space.

In this case we will choose Free

Click Next

Choose Typical

Choose Typical

Then click Install

Dropbox will now be installed to your computer

Once dropbox is installed, a welcome message appears

Then you will be directed to the Dropbox tour

Or you can also skip the tour.

And were ready to use Dropbox.

Open your dropbox folder

Your desktop icon look like this

You can also open dropbox at the Taskbar.

At the lower right of your desktop

The dropbox is like an ordinary window folder.

It contains files, folders and sub-folders

To add files to dropbox

Simply click and drag files.

Or copy and Paste your files!!

The files in your dropbox folder..

..Will be the same in your dropbox account

The beauty of dropbox is that your files are updated.

Be it online or offline

Now Lets go to dropbox (Online)

Go to www.dropbox.com

Look at the upper right corner of the page

Click Sign In

And enter your Email and Password

Click Sign In

You will be directed to Homepage.

To upload files to dropbox

Click the upload button

Click Choose Files

Choose the files you want to upload to dropbox

Click Open

And it will be uploaded to your dropbox.

Again, whatever you upload to your dropbox account..

..will automatically be added to your dropbox folder.

To share a folder.

Again, from the dropbox Homepage

Click the Share a Folder icon.

You will see this

Name the New Folder you like to share.

Note: you can also choose to share an existing folder

By clicking on this radio button

And you can choose from your computers files to share

In this case, we choose this

Click Next

You need someone to share to

Click Import Contacts

Select a site you want to share your folder to

Example, We choose Yahoo! Mail

You need to Log in to that site.

And allow dropbox to share to that site.

Note: all your contacts will now be recognized by dropbox

Type the name of your friends

Add some Message

And Click Share folder

A new shared folder is created

Again, the dropbox folder is also updated..

You can now bring your files anywhere or share them to your friends

Lastly, Enjoy using dropbox

Again, its www.dropbox.com
