2) (A) identify and describe potential to effective communication.

Type of Barriers: Individual Barrier, Attitudinal Barrier, Organizational Barrier, Cultural, languages, behaviour and interpretations. To communicate effective with different cultures people is gives challenge. So many Cultures exist in the world and providing same word but different meanings, different things from the different cultural people. I would like to add more that the people have way of thinking, hearing, interpreting but as you can see that some words are very similar or it use in each other cultural communication. The languages are different, and translation has to be used to communicate, the potential for misunderstandings will increases. As me my fourth language is English, when somebody communicates with me I don’t understand and I give misunderstanding answers. I have many difficulty has occurred when learning new languages in my life. I am going to describes three ways communications which culture interferes with effective different cultural understanding. First is what she calls "cognitive constraints". These are the frames of reference or world views that provide an environment that all new information is compared to or inserted into. Second are "behaviour constraints." Each culture has its own rules, legality and understanding about living behaviour which affect verbal and nonverbal communication. Whether one looks the other person in the eye or not; whether one says what one means overtly or talks around the issue; how close the people stand to each other when they are talking--all of these and many more are rules of politeness which differ from culture to culture. My third describe is "emotional constraints". Different cultures regulate the display of emotion differently. Some cultures get very emotional when they are debating an issue. They yell, they cry, they exhibit their anger, fear, frustration, and other feelings openly. Other cultures try to keep their emotions hidden, exhibiting or sharing only the "rational" or factual aspects of the situation. All of these differences are likely to lead to communication problems. If the people involved are not aware of the potential for such problems, they are even more likely to fall victim to them, although it takes more than awareness to overcome these problems and communicate effectively across cultures. When you communicating with others, some kind of barriers stopping you to interact with people such as shout/ loud communication, background noise and electric devises (b)Explained mechanism that can be use to reduce the impact of communication There are many mechanisms techniques to communicate with audience/public for example a computer, you can upload videos, publish post in internet or use an application to reduce the communication. Those types of computer techniques are helpful to develop your skills. When I

am doing a presentation at college, mechanism helps me to communicate with audience. I use a computer to present my work by visually to the audience. And I think when you writing a report or text in Microsoft word, so it’s automatically check my grammar/spelling mistake etc. When you use defence mechanisms to reduce worry, you must continue to maintain these defensive exercises to keep the defence mechanisms are circular in nature. I think Cumulative takes to keep repressing the threatening material into our unconscious minds become an angry like, potentially explosive force that can lose your temper, causing "mental breakdowns" or unusually violent behaviours DEFENSE MECHANISMS Suppression is most common barrier such as pushing your self in paining or treating through or feeling out from conscious mind into the unconscious. Mechanism: unacceptable wishes and feelings are banned from conscious thought. Examples: forgetting, dreams, desires, childhood traumas, suppression of feelings, selective forgetting of dental appointments, bad feelings, thoughts. Second is fantasy such as thinking more and creativity Mechanism: imaginary, unrealistic thinking or daydreaming enhances confidence, fulfils wishes and desires. Some time human thinking too much that does not exist. Last one is emotional insulation. When one person communicate with other, might be get hut from other person responses, by that situation the persons confidant and emotions break down. Mechanism: Reduces ego interest through moving back; emotional blunting protects ego from hurt Examples: Lower level of aspiration to retreat from competition; limit emotional involvement by "nervousness", emotional blunting can't feel". It doesn't matter etc.
