Sales Activity
Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax email, sending concerned brochures as required. and

Forward the inquiry to all concern product line managers worldwide, respective of product and company. To follow up all enquiries details as required by product line manager, Help product line manager in India in preparation of proposals where necessary and facilitating show rounds with potential clients to show them our facilities during their visit to our works. Responding and co-coordinating all internal meeting requests. Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager.

Administration
To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including Source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, and future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the sales manager

Ensure an efficient tracking system of all paper-work for different events, basically a file management. Up-keep of a clients and agents database updating where necessary to allow effective promotions Compilation of weekly overview sheets to all departments.

ERP & CRM


Party master creation, Inquiry generation, quotation preparation into CRM. Regular update of CRM for various sales calls for each projects. Order generation into CRM Manufacturing order preparation into ERP for further activity of planning and design Reports generation from CRM and ERP.

PRODUCT ROLL OUT / EXHIBITION PARTICIPATION / Seminar Activity


To send invitation to the customer for product roll out in the company. Preparation of schedule and other activity for roll out of the machine Participation into exhibitions and handle the company stall. Arrange the seminar for customers, in house as well as in other cities.

AREA OFFICE Management


Continuous follow up with area managers for their daily activity. Providing all necessary support required for their daily activity. Co-ordination between other department /section and area managers/offices. Coordinate with area service engineer during any service call or I&C activity. Pre checking of Area office bills before forwarding it to account section. Outstanding report follow-up on daily basis with area commercial executive.

PAYMENT/ FOLLOWUP

Follow-up with customers for any long pending payments and support area commercial executive to get the payment. Follow up for payment for German machines/ services.

Others
To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to help sales manager to reach their targets set by the company. To encourage repeat business by networking with current clients and their colleagues on a regular interval. To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses Tour plan arrangement for visit of various German delegates in India for their meeting with customers.
