Talent Acquisition:
I am responsible for End to end talent acquisition process for plant which includes deciding the recruitment methodology for filling the different level positions, on board activities and effective induction for new joinees, taking induction feedback and doing the analysis for improvement. I am exposed to the following: Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Internal resourcing, handling referral schemes, job maintenance through Job portals, on boarding and formal induction of new joiner, Exit analysis. I am responsible for carrying out the Goal Setting for the Corporate as well as Plant KRA setting for all executive grades. Assessment of KRAs in midterm review, responsible for carrying our
