Within 4.6B, one could install multiple versions a roadmap flavors. You must choose the Custom Installation option which will allow you to check more than one SAP flavor. Lets take a look at how it works!

Start ASAP Application

First time that you launch any application (IA, Q&Adb or CCT) you will get the Start ASAP Application (via ASAP icons or by program menu).

Administration tool will be launched directly without opening the Start ASAP Application (via Admin icon or program menu) If you have already an application open and try to open other application the Start ASAP Application wont be called

Administration Tool
The new Project Roles tab on the user maintenance in the Administration Tool enables you to:
Add a role or roles to the user account Remove a role or roles from the user account Create a new role Delete user project-specific roles (you cannot delete an ASAP default project role)

The allocation of roles as resources in the Implementation Assistant is now possible, but will not be displayed until Rel. 4.6C.

Reporting
Layout of Issue Form has been improved You cant access generated issue reports from the Q&Adb. They are only accessible directly in the Microsoft Explorer Folder.

Assigning Issues
When assigning a person responsible for an issue, use the none option if you dont want to specify the persons in the fields Responsible 1 and Responsible 2. You can create a view or use the filter properties to see how many issues are not assigned within your project.
