COMPUTER SCIENCE CLUB AMENDMENT

ORACLE CONTRACT INFORMATION
This amendment (Amendment) amends the Oracle Academy: Advanced Computer Science Agreement (the Agreement) between you and Oracle America, Inc. (Oracle). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meanings as set forth in the Agreement.

CAUTION: Read the terms and conditions of this amendment carefully. By signing this amendment as an authorized representative and signatory of the entity accepting this amendment, you agree to these terms and conditions on its behalf. The parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows: In the section entitled DEFINITIONS, add the following to the end of the section: The term class shall also include a computer science club that you offer to students and that uses programs and/or materials in accordance with this agreement. In the section entitled ADVANCED OFFERING GUIDELINES, add an 8th bullet that reads ensure that students in computer science clubs who receive certification preparation packages do not sell or transfer such materials to any third party. In the section entitled OWNERSHIP AND RESTRICTIONS, replace You may not make the programs or materials resulting from the services available in any manner to any third party for use in the third partys business operations (unless such access is expressly permitted for the specific program license or materials from the services you have acquired); with You may not make the programs or materials resulting from the services available in any manner to any third party for any use;
