Appointment:
Appointment does two type, We calls our customers & customers comes them self than we will scheduling our customers appointment. in that scheduling We will mention our customers complain about there vehicle. Appointment Preparation For example as today We received one customers appointment than today evening I will call him and ask to him are you coming tomorrow or nor, if customers tells me that I will not come, than I will ask to him when, you will come & than again we will scheduling our customers appointment.

Vehicles acceptation / Ordering placing In this process whenever vehicle comes in our service station, than we are checked physically there problems which are mentioned by our customer in schedule report. and also if there is any kind of problem in that vehicle we will checked and mention in schedule report. Than after this complete process we accept our customers vehicle in our service station for there problems. Repairs and provision of service in this process we will do our work progress in our customers vehicle . in this process we are explaining all this problems to customers witch we are finding & mentioned in schedule report. And also we tell them we will have to work on this problems in your vehicle. Than we will send our customer vehicle for final inspection. Quality control preparation for vehicle In this process our main head-technician comes and he will check our quality control service. What ever problems which we are mention in our schedule report by our customer regarding and also which will find. That all problems checked by our head technician of service station. For example how is our washable quality & work quality. after all this process happens than after head technician send customers vehicle to vehicle returning process .

Vehicle returning process


In this process customers vehicle comes back from our head technician and again we will checked and than after we makes our customers payment bill of our service than we calls our customers for return vehical.

ABC approaches the three categories. A items will take 15% , B will around 35% and other next C will 50% items. Under this method we have done which is important and which not important inventory. To whom we have to give first priority. Through ABC classification define the A or B or C which is more time consuming. If As inventory time taken one month and cost is not affected by inflation and Bs inventory takes more time consume to As inventory. Through this to whom will have to give first order. Cs inventory will may takes three months. Note that cost of these units is not affected through this classification. An A may be have high price or usage of it low indirectly order of it time takes low and other inventory of B and C low cost in the automobile service this parts usage is high that why it takes more time.
