TODAY’S PROGRAM
We were pleased to have Randy Bradley, the Fire Chief from the Moraga-Orinda Fire Department. Randy began his talk discussing the recent activity in his efforts to merge two existing firehouses, that both need extensive renovation, into one new firestation located approximately between the current stations. He discussed the economic as well as operational advantages to this new plan. There are two important votes concerning this merger coming up by the Fire System Board as well as the City Council.

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Kevin Reneau introduced Diane Wilson the Executive Director of Moraga Royale who proceeded to describe the excellent work done by Connie Kuhlman our Employee of the Month. Diane described the contribution that Connie makes to Moraga Royale. Connie then spoke about how her work with the residents of the facility is the perfect job – she can help others while, at the same time, getting paid. With the support shown by Moraga Royale owners, fellow employees and, most important, residents it is obvious that Connie is a key part of the Moraga Royale community.
