These natural and supernatural gifts are a part of our God-given personality and motivates our behavior and our actions. Every believer must learn how to operate within their gift in the way that God purposed it and in harmony with the Body of Christ. This is accomplished through personal and spiritual development. Getting In Where You Fit In


Many members become excited about getting involved in ministry. Sometimes the ministry workers struggle because they are performing in a role where they are not suited. Their desire is to work in the ministry to be of assistance however they may not be in a position that fits their gift. This can create internal and external conflict for the individual and the ministry. Finding the right position based on personality type and spiritual gift is essential to effective church ministry in addition to personal and spiritual growth.
