Please be assured that I have checked with the Technical department and they have informed me that you may have requested for the settings numerous times thus the PIN numbers were mixed up. As such, I would like to clarify if you have finished receiving the PIN number and settings in your phone or not. You have have completed receiving the settings and PIN. I would suggest to reboot your phone to temporarily refresh the phone memory. To reboot your phone, please refer to the steps listed below: 1) Please switch off the phone and remove the back cover then the battery. 2) Please leave the battery out of the phone for 10 - 15 minutes. 3) Please place everything back together and switch on the phone. Once done, I would like you try requesting for the PIN and settings once more. Please be advised that the Ovi “Sync” setting delivery will not be instantaneous as the delivery is dependant on your network provider. As such, I would like you to try only once and wait until you have received the settings before entering the PIN number.
