bartending and mixology. The program is currently running in 26 key cities and will culminate in ‘the
Liquid Oscars’ in July 2009. We will have one competitor representing Dubai and the great cocktail
talents of our city.

15ml Tamarind Pulp Extract 5ml Pernod
5ml Agave Syrup 30ml Freshly squeezed fennel Juice

10ml Sour Mix
Muddle orange wedges, add all other ingredients and shake hard.
Double strain into a martini glass.

15cm Lemon Grass 1spn Apricot Preserve

Muddle lemon grass and grapefruit juice, add tequila and honey.
