PORTAL: ASSIST-PRO AND CHANGE OF TRANSACTION FORM We wish to inform that the new agent portal, ASSIST-Pro is scheduled to go live by April 2013. ASSIST-Pro is the enhancement of the existing agent portal (ASSIST). With ASSIST-Pro, you will be able to have a consolidated view of your customer’s portfolio across all Create, Protect, Preserve (CPP) products, consolidated view of your production, commission and many more under one system. This will help you in better managing your customer’s portfolio, your agency and production. Appended below are some of the related changes that will be implemented in conjunction with the launching of the the ASSIST-Pro. 1. Introduction of ASSIST-Pro ASSIST-Pro allows consultants to access to their sales productivity for all CPP product-lines that include Unit Trust, Insurance, Islamic Estate Planning & Trust Nomination. Agency Leaders can also drill down to their respective downlines’ sales production up to the consultants level. Besides, ASSIST-Pro Dashboard would serve as an effective tool for the agency leaders in managing their downlines. To help you in getting up to speed with all the new features of ASSIST-Pro, we have scheduled a familiarization training sessions for all consultants. All consultants are encouraged to join this training. More details on the ASSIST-Pro and the familiarization training sessions will be coming your way in the upcoming circulars. Stay tuned. 2. Change of Transcation Forms In line with the implementation of the ASSIST-Pro, new forms will also be introduced. The new forms will also cater to the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering and AntiTerrorism Financing Act 2001 (AMLATFA).
