The bottom line is: no law requires that evolution be taught in the first place,
so no law should require creation be taught either. This is also why the Dover, Pa

purpose of the ACLU is.

"As the Earth formed the surface was hot and there were large pools of bubbling
lava....Millions of years of torrential rains created oceans. Swirling in the
oceans was a bubbling broth of complex chemicals, and from this primordial soup

organism is very slow." -Holt, Earth Science, 1994 p. 280-282

What is being referred to as vestigial pelvis and legs in whales are actually
bones used as anchor points for reproductive muscles used in mating, they are also
different in the male and female. What are called vestigial legs in snakes are
actually tiny hooks used in mating.

Human appendix is vestigial. -Glenco Biology, 1994 p. 311

"Humans have a tailbone with no apparent use." -Holt Biology 1989

"The coccyx is a small bone at the end of the human vertebral column and is
thought to be the remainder of bones that occupied the long tail of a tree

The tailbone actually has 9 muscles that attach to it that have to do with
controlling bowel movements, some people born without tailbones, or those who need
to have theirs surgically removed due to injury, sometimes have to wear diapers.
The tailbone is also the end of the spinal cord, so it is curved in between the
contours of the buttocks to make sitting comfortable, and prevent pressure on the
spinal cord.

"18-20 billion years ago, all the matter in the universe was concentrated into a
very dense, very hot region that may have been smaller than a period on this page.
For some unknown reason, this region exploded. This explosion is called the big
bang." -Prentice Hall, General Science, 1992 p. 61

"The universe burst into something from absolutely nothing--zero, nada. And as it
got bigger, it became filled with even more stuff that came from absolutely
nowhere. How is that possible? Ask Alan Guth, his theory of inflation helps
explain everything." -Discover magazine, April 2002

The big bang theory was started by George Edward Lemaitre.

According to Isaac Asimov, at the very least the concentrated matter was 2,000
lightyears across (12 trillion miles).

But by 1965 the new theory said it was 275 million miles across
1972--71 million
1974--54 thousand
1983--1 trillionth of the diameter of a proton
April, 2002--Discover magazine says "nothing, just a singularity"
Scientific American says Alan Guth has a good explanation for this nothingness.

In 1770 George Buffon said the Earth was 70,000 years old.
1905--2 billion years old. -Newsweek, July 20th, 1958
1969--3.5 billion. -Minneapolis Tribune, August 25, 1969

This equals adjusting 21 million years per year for the last 220 years, or 40
years per minute.

The Teepee Fountain is a flowstone formation in Thermopolis, Wy, it's just 100

Evolution assumes that man dropped out of the trees 1 to 5 million years ago and
became fully human approximately 100,000 years ago. Yet archeological records show
civilization arising only about 5,000 years ago (based on evolutionary thinking).
In other words, by evolutionary reasoning, it took mankind 95,000 years after
becoming fully human to figure out that food could be grown by dropping a seed
into the ground.

It has been estimated by evolutionary anthropologists that the earth could have
easily supported 10 million hunter/gatherer type humans. To maintain an average of
10 million people, spread over the entire planet, with an average life span of 25
years, for the last 100,000 years . . . .would mean that 40 billion people had
lived and died. Archeological evidence clearly shows that these "stone age" people
buried their dead. Forty billion graves should be easy to find, yet only a few
thousand exist. The obvious implication is that people have been around for far
less time.

Another indication of both a young earth and a confirmation of the worldwide flood
is the scarcity of meteors in sedimentary rock layers. Although some meteors have
been found in sedimentary layers, they are relatively rare. Meteors are easily
identifiable, and many thousands have been identified and recovered from recent
impacts on the planets surface. If most of the rock layers were laid down rapidly
during the one year period of a worldwide flood, you would not expect to find many
meteorites buried in only one year. However, if the sediment was laid down over
billions of years, there should be multiple billions of meteorites buried within
this sediment. The fact that we find so few is another possible evidence for the
rapid accumulation of the sedimentary layers and a young earth.

Suppose you walked into an empty room and found a smoking cigar. You could assume
that the cigar was very old and that it had only recently burst into flames, but
the more logical conclusion would be that someone had recently been there to light
it. The universe is full of similar "smoking cigars":

All planetary rings still exhibit intricacies which Should Have long ago
All known comets burn up their material with each pass around the sun and should
have a maximum life expectancy of 100,000 years.
The outer solar system planets should have long ago cooled off.
The spiral galaxies Should Have long ago unspiraled, and the uneven dispersion of
matter in the universe should have long ago dispersed.

Scientists working from the preconception that the universe is 10-20 billion years
old have suggested controversial and complicated possibilities for how these types
of transient phenomena could still exist but their explanations are based more on
faith, not science. The simpler explanation is that these "smoking cigars" are
smoking because they are young.

Comets constantly lose their material as they hurl through space, because of this,
astronmers believe comets have ages less then 10,000yrs, so if the universe is 13
billion years old, and our own planet is 4 billion years old, we should not still
be seeing comets. Jan Hendrick Oort, a Dutch astronomer, proposed in 1950 the idea
that there was a cloud of comets far outside the solar system that was constantly
throwing in new comets. Unfortunately, this is nonsense.

Long after the death of Kuniuohonna, the first man, the world became a wicked
terrible place to live. There was one good man left: his name was Nu-u. He made a
great canoe with a house on it and filled it with animals. The waters came up over
the earth and killed all the people. Only Nu-u and his family were saved.

This story records that Fuhi, his wife, three sons and three daughters escaped a

Toltec legend is only 60 years off after 4,000 years.

There are dozens of other flood stories passed down in cultures around the world.

The word "dinosaur" was invented in 1841, before that they were called "dragons".

One of the Chinese legends tells of a famous Chinese man named Yu. After the great
flood, Yu surveyed the land of China and divided it into sections. He built
channels to drain the water off to the sea and helped to make the land livable
again. Many snakes and dragons were driven from the marshlands when Yu created the
new farm lands.

styracosaurus. The description certainly fits a reptile (cannot be tamed, and is
not good for labor).

A South African game hunter, F. Gobler came back from hunting in Angola and

large description dwelling in the Dilolo swamp that the natives called "chipekwe"
and had the head and tail of a lizard. -"There could be dinosaurs" Saturday

The Brazillian minister at La Paz, Bolivia had remitted to the minister of foreign
affairs in Rio photographs of drawings of an extraordinary saurian (pteradactyl)
killed on the Beni after receiving 36 balls. By order of the President of Bolivia,
the dried body, which had been preserved in Asuncion, was sent to La Paz. It was
12 meters long, had short claw like feet, scales, a thin neck, and large belly.

A 25ft long creature washed up on the beach in Querqeville, Normandy, France, in

March of 1934. Two professors from Paris Natural History Museum analyzed the
creature and said it was "definitely not a whale and not a sea cow. It is posible
we are in the presence of an unknown species.". -Time Magazine March 12, 1934 p.

In 1905 observers on the yacht Valhalla, cruising off the coast of Brazil spotted
a dorsal fin about 6ft long and 2ft high. Then a small head on a neck about 7 or
8ft long rose in front of the fin and a "good sized body" could be seen under the
water. The observers were 2 experienced British naturalists, Michale J. Nicoll and
E.G.B. Meade-Waldo, fellows of the Zoological Society. -Rumors of Existence,
Matthew A. Bille 1995 p. 127

During the 1930s and 40s such sea creatures were spotted many times by fishermen
of Monterey's sardine fleet, with one account stating that it was witnessed by one
boat's entire crew of 12 men. One such report described the creature as surfacing
near a fishing boat with "large baleful eyes from a rounded head that topped a
long slender neck that stuck out of the water 8ft or more." -Skin Diver Magazine,
November 1989

In Lake Champlain 58 passengers aboard the Ethan Allan reported that a creature
30-35 ft long with 3 to 5 humps cruised with the boat about 200ft off the port
side for 5 minutes. "Don't tell me it was a carp or sturgeon. If it was a fish it
weighed 3,000 to 5,000lbs." said skipper MIchael Shea. -Discover Magazine, April

The sightings of the loch-ness monster, and other similar aquatic monsters around
the world all have striking resemblances to plesiosaurs. Also the large creature
pulled out of the ocean by a fishing boat off the shore of Japan in the 70s looks
like a plesiosaurus, though some say it was a basking shark, and DNA tests say it
was very similar to shark protein....nobody knows what plesiosaurus protein is
supposed to look like to compare it to.

Charles Moore's monster that washed up on the coast of Santa Cruz, California in
1925 also had some similarities.

In 1966, Dr. Javier Cabrera, a local physician and professor of biology, was given
a small carved stone for his birthday. The native who gave it to him was of course
poor and couldn't afford much else. But this birthday present turned into the most
valued present ever given as a birthday present. Unlike the "Pet Rock" of modern
money-mongers, the little carved stone brought a great wealth of prehistoric
knowledge with it, for this stone lead to thousands of others! On it was inscribed
a fish!?

Dr. Cabrera was amused, but knowing more about biology than the townsmen in the
area, he noticed that the fish was of a species long extinct! This fish had died
off some millions of years ago! This lead Dr. Cabrera to open up a vast storehouse
of new knowledge into our prehistoric past!

More of the stones appeared containing many more carved images that were seemed
These stones had images of telescopes, magnifying glasses, complex surgical
opperations, and most interesting of all, dinosaurs and men attacking them!
Since men supposedly did not appear until 2 million years ago and the dinosaurs
are estimated to have died out 50 million years ago, how comes these stones
depicting them as contemporary? This more than amazed Dr. Cabrera, it astounded
After some time, Dr. Cabrera managed to collect thousands of these carved stones.
His research has brought to light the possibility that man had a super technology
thousands of years ago!

Dr. Cabrera says that, if there were only a few stones, it would be easy to write
them off as a hoax or a manufacture of local townsmen for the tourist trade. But
the Doctor has over 15,000 stones in his collection, attesting to the fact that
they are authentic prehistoric records.

The other fact is, they are impossible to manufacture in this quantity by the
townsmen, for the stones are composed of one of the hardest of minerals--andesite!
One would spend days carving andesite with even tool steal!
Dr. Cabrera says that with all that has been found, collected and sold to
tourists, there must be at least 50,000 known carved stones.

After some negotiations with the townsmen, he found most of the collection hidden
in a tunnel near the coastal mountains and there are at least 100,000 more that he
has not removed yet. What is interesting about this area is that it is one of the
oldest areas in the world, where fossils from the Cretaceous period are easily
found right on the surface!

In the collection of his museum, Dr. Cabrera has identified what appears to be
carved images of heart transplants, caesarian section opperations, a woman with
three acupuncture needles protruding from her mouth.

He has also identified Dinosaurs species such as the Apatosaurus, Stegasaurus,

Tyranasaurus Rex and the Flying Pteradactyle

Most interesting is the depiction of men killing some of these dinosaurs. In a few
carvings men are shown using a hand axe and chopping at what scientists have
defind as one of only TWO nerve centers of the dinosaur (the brain and the pelvic
ganglion), which would lead to the disnosaurs quick and sudden death!

Well, either these dinosaurs were contemporaries with these prehistoric Men, and
these prehistoric men knew very well how to kill dinosaurs or, the local townsmen
who are said to have carved these stones, took a class in dinosaur biology that
does not exist in any Peruvian colleges. So, where did this knowledge of the
dinosaur's TWO vital spots come from? From where did the stone carvers get this
knowledge? How the Dickens did they carve so many andesite stones with nothing
more than Stone Age tools, beings that this is all they supposedly had?

Charles Lyell, a lawyer from Scotland in 1830 wrote a book called Princples of
Geology and created the geologic column. For each age he gave a name and an index
fossil. This was long before ANY radiometric dating methods.

"If there was a column of sediments deposited continuously since the formation of
the earth, the entire history of the planet could be reconstructed. Unfortunately,
no such column exists. Where sediments are missing, a break in the sedimentary
record occurs. Breaks result in gaps in the record that may range from a few years
to hundreds of millions of years. Breaks in the sedimentary record are called
unconformities." -HBJ Earth Science 1987 p. 326

"The intelligent layman has long suspected circular reasoning in the use of rocks
to date the fossils and fossils to date the rocks. The geologist has never
bothered to think of a good reply, feeling the explanations are not worth the
trouble as long as the work brings results...The rocks do date the fossils, but
the fossils date the rocks more accurately." -J.E. O'Rourke, American Journal of

Limestone appears in many layers, so how do you tell the difference between 100
million year old Jurassic limestone, and 600 million year old Cambrian limestone?
By the index fossils.
There is no place on earth that the geologic column appears in its entirety from
top to bottom, what has been found in 26 places on earth are the index fossils in
the correct order. They ignore the 26,000 other places where holes have been dug
that do not have the index fossils in that order.

"Trilobite fossils make good index fossils. If a trilobite fossil such as this one

On the contrary.....

evolution." Pierre-Paul Grasse, Evolution of Living Organisms, 1977 p. 88

"Natural selection may have a stabilizing effect, but it does not promote
speciation, it is not a creative force as many have suggested." -Daniel Brooks,

"Natural selection can act only on those biologic properties that already exist;
it cannot create properties in order to meet adaptational needs." -Parasitology
6th ed. Lee & Febiger, p. 516

Mutations are a scrambling of already existent information, they do not produce

new information, it does not increase genetic complexity. Even Richard Dawkins
could not provide an example of 1 mutation that has increased the genetic
complexity of an organism.
There have been no observed genetic mutations that have been beneficial to a
lifeform, all have been harmful, and all have been a scrambling of other words, a cow with 5 legs, a sheep with stubby legs, a fruit
fly with curled wings, no wings, or 4 wings.
You will never get a horse to grow wings like a pegasus, or a penguin to grow
gills like a fish. Even IF you can get scientists and genetic engineers to do
something like that, that would be proof it takes intelligence, not random chance.

The only evolutionists example of a beneficial mutation would be that people in

Africa with sickle-cell anemia can't get malaria. That's like saying people who
are born without arms can't get handcuffed--not exactly beneficial, in the common
population that person is at a disadvantage.

"The peppered moths are proof that natural selection causes evolution." -Prentice
Hall, Focus on Life Science, 2001 p. 144

The peppered moth story was a hoax, the light colored moths and dark colored moths
used the color of the trees as their camouflage. When factories started producing
soot and pollution, the trees became darker, so the dark colored moths were
surviving more and the light ones were being eaten. The original theory was that
the dark moths were evolving into light ones, then when the trees started getting
polluted, the light ones were evolving into dark ones.

In the end, they still had the same 2 types of moths that they started with.
Today, the same 2 types of types of moths still exist. There was no evolution,
natural selection selects, it does not create.

The peppered moth story is still used in the Tulsa Zoo as of May, 2002.

"It is a truly wonderful fact...that all animals and all plants throughout all
time and space should be related to eachother." -Charles Darwin, Origin of Species
1859 p. 170

"Comparative anatomy provides further evidence for evolution. The commonality

suggests that these and other vertebrate animals are related, they probably
evolved from a common ancestor." -Glenco Biology, 1994 p. 309

All Creationists will agree that rotweillers, poodles, collies, german shepherds,
great danes, and chihuahuas all had a common was a canine, it was
not a pinecone. Persian, tabby, siamese, and manx cats all had a common ancestor
as was a feline, not a jellyfish. Dogs produce dogs, cats produce cats,
it's the same all over the world for all of recorded history. If you go any
further than that, then you've left the realm of science and stepped into fantasy.

The lugnuts on a Pontiac will also fit on a Chevy, this proves they both evolved
from a skateboard? No, it proves theres a common designer, General Motors.
The bones develop from different genes in different organisms. Evolutionists
cannot explain this and rarely discuss it.

Many evolutionists use the similarities between organisms to claim one came from
the other, however...

If you are going by cytochrome-C, our closest relative is the sunflower

IF you are going by the structure of the eyes, our closest relative is the octopus
If you are going by organ compatibility, our closest relative is the pig (thats
why heart transplants are from pig hearts)
If you are going by tear enzymes, our closest relative is the chicken

they can be hard to tell apart." -Prentice Hall Biology 2002 p. 385
Earnst Haeckel taught embryology at the University of Jena in Germany, he read
Darwins book and spent 9 years looking for evidence, finally in 1869 he fabricated
drawings of dog embryos and human embryos and made them look alike, then he made
charts of fish, mammal, and human embryos that all looked similar. After some
investigation, Haeckels own university held a trial for him when it was discovered
he was wrong in 1875. Although there is some dispute on whether or not the trial
actually happened, modern technology has shown that Haeckels drawings were fake.
Once sonograms were developed, Haeckels drawings were proven completely wrong
beyond all doubt, but his theory of gill slits on the human throat along with his
fake pictures are still used in public school textbooks today. The 'gill slits'
develop into bones in the ears, glands in the throat, and have nothing to do with

is at least 1.6%. That doesn't sound like much but when calculated out, that is a
gap of at least 48,000,000 nucleotides, and a change of only 3 nucleotides is
fatal to an animal; there is no possibility of change." -Dr. Barney Maddox,
leading genetic genome researcher

According to New Scientist from September 23, 2002, we have now learned that there
is more than a 5% difference.
Then in Nature magazine, May 27, 2004 we have learned that the difference between
humans and chimps is now at 7%. As we learn more and more about genetics, we are
finding out we are less and less alike.

All lifeforms are built from the same 20 amino acids, this is not proof that all
lifeforms have a common ancestor, it's proof that all lifeforms have a common
designer. There are whole libraries full of books written with the same 26 letters
of the alphabet, that doesn't prove that 'War and Peace' evolved from 'Oliver
Twist'. 'Lord of the Rings' and 'Lord of the Flies' have similar names and were
published around the same time, but they are not in the least bit related.
It also doesn't prove that random letters jumped onto pages and arranged
themselves into coherent sentences, it took a writer, it took intelligence.

"Researchers suggest that virtually all modern men 99% of them, says one
scientist are closely related genetically and share genes with one male
ancestor, subbed Y-chromosome Adam. We are finding that humans have very, very
shallow genetic roots which go back very recently to one ancestorThat indicates
that there was an origin in a specific location on the globe, and then it spread
out from there." -US News and World Report, December 4, 1995

"Birds are the descendants of dinosaurs." -Holt Biology 1994 p. 214

"Paleontologists have tried to turn Archaeopteryx into an earth bound feathered

dinosaur. But it's not, it is a bird, a perching bird, and no amount of
'paleobabble' is going to change that." -Alan Feduccia, (a world authority on
birds from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill) quoted in Archaeopteryx:
Early Bird Catches a Can of Worms, Science, February 5, 1994 p. 764-765

Feathers and scales are both made of keratin, but that's where the similarities
end. An airplane and a bicycle are both made of aluminum, that doesn't mean they
evolved from a Pepsi can.
Birds and reptiles have different:
lungs (birds have sack-type lungs)
bone structure (bird bones are hollow and light)
voices (geckos don't sing, turtles don't chirp)
feet (birds have an opposable toe for grasping)
hip joints (where the muscles of the hip joints attach on a lizard is opposite to
that of a bird)

Archaeopteryx cannot be a missing link also because fully formed birds were around
at the time of dinosaurs by evolutionary standards.

In western Colorado's Dry Mesa Quarry, Brigham Young University archaeologists

have come upon the 140 million year old remains of what they are calling 'the
oldest bird ever found'..."It is obvious that we must now look for ancestors of
flying birds in a period of time much older than that in which the Archaeopteryx
lived." says Yale University's John H. Ostrom who positively identified the
Fossil remains of a bird which lived between 142 and 137 million years ago were
recently found in the Liaiming province of northeastern China. The discovery,
announced by Chinese/American teams of scientists, including Alan Feduccia
(University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill) and Larry D. Martin (University of
Kansas) provide the oldest evidence of a beaked bird yet found. The discoverers
claim it probably lived at the Jurassic-Cretaceous boundary--prior to Deinonychus,
and could not possibly have descended from them. "But there are plenty of other
reasons to refute the dinosaur-bird connection, says Feduccia. "How do you derive
birds from a heavy, earthbound, bipedal reptile that has a deep body, a heavy
balancing tail, and fore-shortened forelimbs? Biophysically, it's impossible."
-Jurassic Bird Challenges Origin Theories

Feduccia describes how the theory that birds evolved from dinosaurs, first
proposed by John Ostrum in the 70s and fiercely defended ever since, lacks any
scientific proof and the proof it did have has been proven incorrect, in
Scientific American, March 2003.

According to Dr. Feduccia, theropods found all over the world do not have the
dino-fuzz that appears to be fossilized feathers. It's only the theropods found in
China. Filaments of the fibers of the skin fray and fossilize to look like
feathers. "Having studied many of the specimens said to sport protofeathers, I,
and many others do not find any credible evidence that those structures represent
protofeathers. Many Chinese fossils have a strange halo that has become known as
dino-fuzz, and that has been equated with avian feathers, however the arguments
are far less than convincing.".

The dino-fuzz has been found in fossils that have nothing to do with birds, one of
which is ichthyosaurus (an ocean dinosaur). Similar fuzz-like structures have been
found in the past, and proven to be inorganic matter. Such as the fern-like
markings on the SolnHofen fossils known as dendrites. Despite their plantlike
outlines, these features are now known to be inorganic structures caused by a
solution of manganese from within the beds that reprecipitated as oxides along
cracks or along bones of real fossils. All of the 'feathered dinosaurs' have been
found in China, and the nature of the fossil beds in China can preserve dino-fuzz
but yet cannot preserve real feathers of real birds.

Feduccia concludes that "feathered dinosaurs" are extinct reptiles with certain
types of skin, whereas other fossils are of real birds. There are 2 different
taphonomic phenomena in the early Cretaceous lacustrine deposits of the Xixian and
Jiufotang formations of China, one preserving dino-fuzz filaments, and the other
preserving real feathers.

In the 1950s Stanley Miller and Harold Urey wanted to know how life on earth came
to be, so they mixed up gases and called it "earths primitive atmosphere" and they
were able to make amino acids. Miller took gases and circulated them through a
tube with a spark, the spark was to simulate lightning strikes in the primitive
atmosphere. Methane, amonia, water vapor and hydrogen were the gases used, and at
the bottom of the flask he got a mixture of amino acids. He didn't include oxygen
because it would oxidize the experiment. He called it a reducing atmosphere and
then tried to claim the early earth had no atmosphere. One of the problems of
having an atmosphere with no oxygen is that ozone (o3) is created by oxygen, and
if there is no ozone, then the suns UV light hitting the atmosphere would destroy
the amonia in Miller's experimental atmosphere. -Origins of Life, vol. 12 1982
illustration used in Glenco Biology 1994 p. 325

Earth has always had oxygen, see evolution a theory in crisis by Dr. Michael
Denton p. 262 and Icons of Evolution by Jonathan Wells p. 9-27

What Miller actually made was 85% tar, 13% carboxylic acid, (both toxic to life)
and only 2% amino acids. If you made a mixture that is 98% destructive to your
other 2%, that would be considered a failure, not a success. He also only made 2
kinds of amino acids where it generally takes 20 to create life. The amino acids
he produced spun backwards (left handed) where the other half spun forwards (right
handed). The smallest proteins have 70-100 different amino acids all lined up in
the correct order and all are left handed. DNA and RNA all have to be right
Proteins will also unbond in water faster than they will bond due to the Brownian
motion of large bodies of water, and as far as everyone can tell, the oceans are
full of water...where life supposedly originated. Pour some sugar into a glass of
water, and no matter how you shake it or move it, it will inevitably be dispersed
and never brought back together, this is what Brownian motion does.

sometimes dated thousands or millions of years old each. Usually it is a petrified

There are very few ways to explain this:

The trees stood upright for millions of years while the sediment layers formed
around them (not possible since the tree would have died, and the part above the
ground would have rotted).

The trees grew through hundreds of feet of solid sedimentary rock looking for
sunlight (even more preposterous).

The third possibility, that evolutionists would not suggest, is that a great flood
buried the trees suddenly and they petrified. The layers of rock that are thought
of as the geologic column actually settled on the bottom as the waters receded.

The only excuse they do come up with is the evolutionists wave their magic wands
and declare that layer in that spot must have formed very quickly (rapid

The Kettles coal mines near Cookville, Tn. has hundreds of petrified trees. The
top and bottom of the trees are in different coal seams dated thousands of years
different in age. The trees range in height from 30 to hundreds of feet.

Joggins, Nova Scotia, Canada and St. Etienne, France also have polystrate trees.

"Radioactive dating is fraught with peril, it's difficult to do, it's full of many
assumptions, there've been huge mistakes made with it. I still believe when
properly used, it is essentially a trustworthy technique." -Dr. Matthew Rainbow,
Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Antelope Valley College (spoken
in a debate with Dr. Kent Hovind in January 2006)

In the Proceedings of the Symposium on Radiocarbon Variations and Absolute

Chronology held at Uppsala sweden in 1969, T. Sve-Sderbergh and Ingrid U. Olsson
introduce their report with these words said regarding carbon dating.
"If a C-14 date supports our theories, we put it in the main text. If it does not
entirely contradict them, we put it in a footnote. And if it is completely out of
date we just drop it".

"It may come as a shock to some, but fewer than 50 percent of the radiocarbon
dates from geological and archaeological samples in northeastern North America
have been adopted as acceptable by investigators."J. Ogden III, "The Use and
Abuse of Radiocarbon," in Annals of the New York Academy of Science, Vol. 288,
1977, pg. 167-173.

Feb 19, 2005 Worldnetdaily, Professor Reiner Protsch von Zieten, a teacher at
Frankfurt University, resigned from his job over misdating the 27,400yr old
Paderborn skull. Oxford retested it and said it was from an elderly man who died
in 1750. He also misdated the "Bischof-Speyer" skeleton, found with unusually good
teeth in Northern Germany, at 21,300 yrs. Oxford found it to be only 3,300. In
their report, they called Protsch's 30 years of work a "dating disaster."

Dec 23, 1996 Newsweek Karl Swisher dated a homo erectus between 53,000-27,000

"In the last two years an absolute date has been obtained for the Ngandong beds,
above the Trinil beds, and it has the very interesting value of 300,000 years plus
or minus 300,000 years." -J.B. Birdsell, Human Evolution, Rand McNally, 1975, p.

Moon rocks brought back in 1969, were given to many different laboratories to be
dated. One rock (specimen 10017) was divided into 6 pieces and dated many times.
The ages ranged from 2.5 billion to 4.6 billion years. This is a 90% error rate,
from the same rock.
James P. Dawson, Chief of Engineering and Operations for the Lunar and Earth
Science Division at the Manned Spacecraft Center NASA in Houston. He worked on
lunar samples including the Genesis rock. He said they found ages from 10,000
years to several billion years in the same rock.
If you look at the walls of the Grand Canyon you will see many sections of colored
layers. According to an old earth belief, this indicates millions of years of
light pink debris were followed by millions of years of gray debris, followed by
millions of years of dark pink debris, and so forth. What possible factors could
have explained this uniformity of color, not to mention the uniformity of the
lines dividing the layers? They are relatively smooth, even lines that stretch for
great distances without any signs of erosion between them. You would think it
would rain at least a few times every million years or so, yet there are almost no
signs of erosion, and many layers are clearly defined.

Also the Kiabab Uplift is the highest point of the Grand Canyon, but it is 4,000
feet higher than where the Colorado River enters the canyon. Evolutionists and old
earth believers would say that the river miraculously flowed up-hill for millions
of years to finally cut the groove deep enough so they could flow downhill. This
defies the law of gravity, and everything that is known about how a canyon forms.
The explanation that makes more sense is that it was created very quickly as a
washed out spillway from a massive worldwide flood.

We have all heard about extinct species of animals, and 'prehistoric' creatures,
but rarely is there ever mentioned an extinct plant, or extinct tree. Even more
startling is the evolution of plants is almost non-existent, and it is generally
regarded that all plant life on earth today has always been here, with the
exception of recently cross-fertilized flowers and genetically engineered crops.

Similarly, there is almost nothing in any science book indicating where and how
plant life and animal life split billions of years ago in the primordial ooze.

The overwhelming lack of evidence of plant evolution, even from evolutionists,

should raise some eyebrows, but it is never addressed.
Below is one of the more recent prehistoric trees still found alive.

Nursing an "Extinct" Tree Back to Health

In 1994 a bizarre-looking tree previously known only from 120 million-year-old
fossil leaves was discovered alive and well in a rugged gorge west of Sydney,

Fewer than 100 Wollemi pines exist in the wild, and scientists and horticulturists
are undertaking a massive effort to cultivate additional trees to improve the
species' chances of survival. By 2005/2006 more than half a million of them will
go on sale worldwide as garden and indoor plants.
