Conclusion
Doing the theoretical analaysis we have concluded that HRM is important for the Pakistan as important for the organization. And most of the organizations in our Pakistan are having the HRM department and those who are not having the HRM department they are thinking about that. And the major functions of the HRM in any of the organization are selection, recruitment, hiring, training & development, reward and performance appraisal upsizing, downsizing, Reenginnering and outsourcing. And the other activities like maintaining the discipline, welfare of employees maintaining and labour laws are depends upon the type, condition, situation and decision of the organization. Most of the organizations are doing the upsizing, Reenginnering and some organizations are working on the downsizing and out sourcing as per the need. And by applying the training the motivation of the employee will high, job satisfaction will increased, turn over rate will be low and team building will be increased. The training is the very important tool of the HRM. All the organizations are conducting the training programmes as per the need throughout the year. In all the organizations job security is depends upon your performance if your are performing well than you will be the permanent candidate. And all the organization are having the basic facility as the conveyance allowances, rent allowances, medical allowances, provident fund, group insurance. And the other facilities are depends upon the organization policies like travel shoes, uniforms and duty meals. And finaly the HRM helps in the success and in making the profitability directly and as well as

indirectly. And HRM is as important for Pakistan as it is important for any organization.

A major Human Resource issue in Pakistan is training, nurturing and retention of technically skilled manpower. In the field of IT there is the need of the more HRM. Because there is the rapid change in the technology.And the IT is deep rootedly effected the Pakistan. Because it has to be geared to meet both local and export needs. So, in IT field it is beneficial and in Pakistan there is the not proper implementation of the HRM in IT field with proper implementation we can achieve the better position in local and export needs. Human Resource Management and Development has installed a composting plant in Peshawar where urban waste material and garbage is being composted. In this way HRM contributing to reduce the pollution. The children also get some money to pick the waste material from households. HRMD has import this technology from India. HRMD main focus is on children who work as scavengers. They not only waste their time in picking up the garbage. It is extreamely unhealthy activity on their part to be exposed to many diseases and health problem in the midst of hazardous garbage. A need based vocational training and Human Resource Management Development shall be launched to provide vocational training in multiple trades for new entrants in the labour market and on-job workers.

Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz said pakistans Human Resource was the greatest asset of Pakistan and the government was focusing on training new skills to the labour to meet the demands of the industry. For the sustainable growth and higher degree of competitiveness. The private sector should do the following: Train, train and train. Offer employee stock option plans. Respect for the individual. Ensure gender pari The Aga Khan Rural Support Program has also work in the field of HRM. They are thinking about the villagers. They are working for the training of the villagers for the job opportunities and better life style. The State Bank is also making a work hard in the field of the Human Resource Management . The Pak Human Resource Management Development Organization was established at Multan. Pakistan about 6 years back as a non-government organization. So, in the Pakistan the Human Resource Management has the great effect on the education, on IT, in the industrial area in the banking sector. So, we have the great need of the HRM in the every field. In Pakistan there are the not much resources to fulfill the need of the HRM in Pakistan. So, the use of the better Human Resource Management helps in the betterment of the economy of the Pakistan. So, at the end the hypothesis which we have made has been proved.
