Year 11 Information As your child has now completed some of their core GCSE examinations we have taken the decision to th reduce the time table for all Year 11 students from Thursday 23 May 2013. Where students have yet to take their GCSE exam in a subject, timetabled revision lessons will be running, see attached list of lessons. Teachers may also be asking your child to attend additional revision/catch up classes. If this is the case they will be contacting home. A study room will be available for students who still wish to continue to attend College, in addition to the timetabled lessons for revision purposes or to access any resources between 9.00am and 12.30pm every day.

Students need to sign in at Reception and sign out at Student Services when they come to College after Thursday. All students must wear full college uniform for their examinations and while they are in College.
Thursday 6th June 2013 Year 11 Celebration Mass and Assembly All students must attend College on Thursday 6th June 2013 at the normal time, i.e. 8.45am and dressed in full School Uniform. During the day there will be: A Celebration Mass in the West Hall. A Celebration Lunch in the East Gym, where they will also be able to take photographs and sign Autograph Books/ Shirts, please note a spare shirt must be brought into college for this purpose. Celebration Assembly,12.30-1.30pm Students will be dismissed from College after the Celebration Assembly. Students who normally catch a college bus will be unable to do so; therefore alternative arrangements for getting home will need to be made. Year 11 Prom The Year 11 Prom will be an excellent opportunity for all of our students to celebrate their time at All Saints and we hope that as many students will attend as possible. The Year 11 Prom will take place on Friday 12 July 2013 at Cedar Court Hotel, Huddersfield. The evening is expected to start at approximately 7.00 pm and finish at 12.00 am. The Prom will be alcohol free. Any student who appears to be under the influence of alcohol will be refused entry to the Prom and any student found bringing alcohol into the Prom will be asked to leave.
