The author is told to use the surplus recycled and organic fabrics & design a casual collection ( menswear)by choosing a theme and developing garments using the greige recycled poly/cotton(60/40 GSM-150) fabric and recycled poly/ cotton 2*1 Rib(60/40, GSM-140) and 100% organic cotton.

THIS story is about a country’s spirit, who has never learned to give up in any circumstances. Geography is not very generous with Japan. Fire, water, land, all has cruelly tested its spirit. But, it has always learnt to see the ‘bigger picture’. Their resilience in rebuilding their lives after the unimaginable makes me start counting my blessings & get inspired by such a valiant & strongwilled spirit and rise over the diminutive matters. It deserves a salute for its humanitarian spirit.
Design Concept:A story card and a feedback card is designed which will be accompanied by the ‘ Mesh’ price tag. The feedback card can be used as a small greeting card and it has a section where consumer can write his views on the story & the product and deposit it in a box at the ‘MESH’ store. The cards designed has Ngo’MESH’ trademark colors and the logo is used by the permission of Ngo. It has a simple layout so that anybody can understand its worth.
It stands for Maximizing Employment to Serve the Handicapped. mission is to provide opportunities for disabled people and people affected by leprosy to achieve social and economic integration by trading. It is also a member of World Fair Trade Organization ( WFTO) & Fair Trade Forum India. MESH buys handicraft products from disabled or leprosy affected artisans and brings them to the market from two shops, one in Delhi and another in Hyderabad and through a network of export customers
