It is awareness that we share our behavior with other as we like to be treated, so should we behave toward them. It can be said that, the role of leaders in organization is very essential in process of leading a group and influencing that group to achieve its goals. Leaders are people who have a clear idea of what they want to achieve and why. Thus, they are able to think and act creatively in non-routine situation – and who set out to influence the actions, beliefs and feelings of others. In this sense being a ‘leader’ is personal. It flows from an individual’s qualities and actions. However, it is also often linked to some other role such as manager or expert. According to the theory, in other side, there are many ways of looking at leadership and many interpretations of its meaning. Leadership is related to motivation, interpersonal behavior and the process of communication. Good leadership involves the effective process of delegation and empowerment. Managers now are leaders of their groups, their departments. Although they may well need some specialist knowledge, the human relations part of the management job is more important than ever. People have more flexibility and more choices in their careers, which are themselves more fluid, so keeping people motivated is very important1. Leadership is also important in attempting to reduce employee dissatisfaction2 In the recent literature of leadership there have been four main ‘generations’ of theory are: trait theories, behavioral theories, contingency theories and transformational theories. The manager leadership is an art and one should master it to excel in all kinds of motivation. For example, in office or organization, the position of leadership can be helpful to give suitable strategies to develop the company.
