Role: Partnering with the Staffing Leads for Health Solutions, the Chief Software Architect,
and the CTO in finding, qualifying, and acquiring the best talent for Microsoft! Developing &
executing the overall Sourcing Strategy for our external hiring requisitions. My key functions
delivered included; prospecting, qualifying, and ownership of external pipeline for HSG. I
primarily acted as the Headhunter for HealthVault.com and Amalga (the Enterprise Healthcare
Industry Solution) and the CLOUD. Towards the end of my contract I concentrated on URM
Sourcing for Diversity Prospects for HSG, etc. Focus on: distributed resource management,
grid computing, mesh networks, Security, Lockin, Cloud Interoperability, Virtualization, native
cloud application, and open cloud platform. Primary Technologies recruited for included, but
not limited to; C# ASP.Net C++ SQL XML, Web Services, Sharepoint, WPF, UI, UX (User
Experience), Information Architecture (IA), etc. This all was accomplished by leveraging my
skillset in Internet Research via Boolean & cold calling Candidate Development to produce
Top Talent applicants for the business.

Role: I was engaged on this consulting assignment to handle the development & delivery of
Sourcing Strategy, Internet Research, Candidate Development, Assessment, and external
talent pipeline ownership. Supporting key organizations; Customer Advocacy (Cisco
Services), CDO (Product Development, Marketing, Wireless, General Management), Sales,
HR, APAC (Philippines Country Mgr), etc … focused on finding & qualifying Senior Director
and Vice President level talent primarily within the fields of IT Services, Technical Marketing,
Sales, and Engineering. Partner with the Lead Executive Recruiter’s, HR in delivering
qualified Directors, Senior Directors, and VP level applicants to the Hiring Management. Tiger
Team CRM SME; Executive Recruiting representative for the Global Cisco CRM Team to
design, implement, test, and rollout a CRM for all of staffing. Most recently acting in a
Research Manager, Recruiting role servicing a staff of 5 Executive Recruiters while
concurrently developing our Knowledge Management system & training on a Global basis

applying principles of strategic and tactical sourcing to a company’s hiring process, EA
received significant benefits in their overall talent management process. I lead the team on
