Mumbai Housing & Area Development Board is Publishing an advertisement for the sale of 1244 tenements on the basis of provisions under the MHADA (Estate Management , sale, transfer and exchange of tenements) Regulation 1981 and (Disposal of land) Rule 1981
Time Table for Online Form Submission / Acceptance

Cost of online application form is Rs. 100/- (Non Refundable)

Applications are invited from the applicants for sale of available tenements in various colonies of Mumbai Board on outright sale basis

Eligibility Criteria 1) Applicant above 18 years of age shall be eligible 2) The applicant himself and /or his /her spouse or his/her minor children shall not own a house or flat or residential plot and land or holds a residential plot on higher purchase basis or on a rental basis from MHADA or a house / flat /or residential plot of land or membership of any registered or proposed cooperative housing society in his / her name as the case may be in the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). 3) Applicant shall submit Domicile Certificate proving his /her 15 years continuous stay in limits of Maharashtra state in last 20 years (the reservation category of Central Government employees will be exempted to this rule) 4) Applicant's his/her family's average monthly income (Basic+D.A.+ City Allowance + Bonus)shall be as per the category shown below• Economically Weaker section(EWS) - upto Rs. 8,000/- • Lower Income Group (LIG) - Rs. 8,001 to Rs.20,000/• Middle Income Group (MIG) - Rs. 20,001/- to Rs, 40,000/- • Higher Income Group (HIG) Rs. 40,001/- and above. 5) Applicant can not apply more than once in one reservation category in same code number. If so found, such all applications will be summarily rejected before lottery. 6) Applicant Should not possess Joint Bank A/c, Current A/c or NRI Bank A/c. Applicant should not use any other persons bank A/c No. for making an application. If found such application shall be summarily rejected. All the detail terms and conditions for the eligibility and also the details of the reservation categories are described in the information booklet . All the applicants are hereby requested to study this information booklet carefully before filling online application. This information booklet will be available on the MHADA's Lottery Website https://lottery.mhada.gov.in Procedure to fill up online application 1. First click on browser Explorer and open MHADA's Lottery Website https://lottery.mhada.gov.in Then the applicant can see MHADA LOTTERY webpage on screen. If applicant desires to fill application in English or Marathi, then click on English or Marathi shown in right. Application can see options on home page as below. 1) Apply for lottery (Click here for online application). 2) View application. 3) Accepted application. 4) Lottery Result. 5) Informatory Booklet 2. Applicant can read information booklet & also can download after clicking on INFORMATION BOOKLET on homepage. The booklet contains details of various schemes, terms & conditions, tenements available, allotment process etc. Applicant may choose Marathi / English option for filling the application. 3. For filling the Application, click on "Apply" for lottery shown on homepage. Blank application form will display on the screen. Choose option for Marathi / English just below the MHADA logo. Choose option for font size as A- for minimum, A for normal & A+ for large font size. 3.1 The Information is mandatory where the sign * is marked. 4. In the application at Sr. No. 1 is for Scheme Code Number and reservation group, Applicant has to select scheme code No. as per his income. Click on sign near the blank cell of 1.1 it will display dropdown window showing all scheme code no. & locations. Applicant may select code No. as he is eligible for the income Group. After selecting code no. & as he clicks on "ok" button, scheme location and Income Group will be generated automatically in Sr. No. 1.2 & 1.3. Similarly choose reservation category by clicking on blank cell of Sr. No. 1.4. Select reservation category from drop down window. 5. Type applicant's full name at Sr. No. 2.1. Prior to this, select Mr/Mrs/Kum by clicking on "select". Select date of birth as mentioned on applicants PAN Card in Sr. No. 2.2 by opening calendar. Select applicants source of income and marital status at Sr. No. 2.3 and 2.4 from drop down windows. Type applicants Aadhar Card No. in Sr. No. 2.5 if available. 6. Type applicants full residential address in Sr. No. 3.1 along with Pin Code No. select country, State and District, Taluka, Ward No. as applicable. 7. Type accurate contact details of applicants viz. Mobile No. (Mandatory), E-mail ID (If available), Resident Phone No. and Office Phone NO. 8. Type applicants own Saving Bank Account No. at Sr. No. 5.1 and this is mandatory. Type IFSC Code No. of his Bank/Branch at Sr. No. 5.2. Immediately the name of his Bank and Branch will be displayed in Sr. No. 5.4 and 5.5. Check the Bank/Branch name is correct. If the Bank/Branch does not have IFSC Code No. then type 9 digit MICR Code No. of the Bank/Branch at Sr. No. 5.3. The name of Bank/Branch will automatically displayed at Sr. No. 5.4 and 5.5. 9. EMD amount and Application charges will be generated automatically in Sr. No. 6 as per selected Scheme Code No. 10. Read the question in Sr. No. 7, click on "Yes" or "No"/ 11. Give the answers at Sr. No. 8. 12. Type Applicants and his spouse total average monthly income at Sr. No. 9.1. Work out the average monthly income as total income of applicant and his spouse during the financial year from 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2013 divided by 12. At Sr. No. 9.2 (A), type applicants own PAN No. twice for correctness in capital letters. If it is found incorrect PAN No., such application will be rejected without giving any reason. applicant has to give the name of spouse and PAN No. at Sr. No. 9.3 & 9.4 if married. 13. In Sr. No. 10, if the applicant desires to submit the application receipt with DD in Axis Bank then click on "DD". If the applicant want to make the payment by online then click on "online". 14. Click on "I agree: button and type place by reading the declaration at Sr. No. 11. 15. Type the verification code as displayed. 16. Check the information filled up to the satisfaction and click on "Submit" button. The Information will be erased if clicked on "Reset" button. 17. Mistakes will be displayed if any mandatory information remains to be filled after Clicking on "Submit" button. Remove such mistakes as displayed and again click on "Submit" button. 18. If applicant wants to change the information already filled in, then click on "Back" & Correct the information, or else click on "Confirm". 19. At the bottom of sheet, click on “Print Acknowledgment in English” or “Print Acknowledgment in Marathi” as desired. A PDF format of application will be displayed with 10 digit application No. Applicant can save this file and take print of the same. The printed receipt will contain information of the applicant like Scheme Code No, Reservation Category, Income Group, Application No., Date of Birth Telephone No., details of Applicant's bank & PAN No. 20. Applicant is instructed to check the information he entered upto his satisfaction. Prior to submission of this printed receipt, if the applicant wants to change some data, then he can again submit online application by cancelling first one. The number printed on printed receipt will be considered for lottery draw. 21. The applicant shall process further as follows : a. Paste applicant's recent passport size photograph on printed receipt in the space mentioned. b. Write details of DD / Pay Order like Number, Date, Amount, and Name of Bank in the Printed receipt. The amount of DD / Pay order shall be as specified and drawn on Mumbai Branch from Nationalised / Scheduled / Private Bank. The Applicant has to write his name and application number behind the DD / Pay Order. c. Write Applicant Name, Place & Date on printed receipt duly signed. Unsigned printed receipt will not be accepted. 22. Attach single D.D. / Pay order of prescribed amount drawn from Nationalised / Scheduled / Private Bank, Private Bank payable at Mumbai branch in favour of "Axis Bank A/c MHADB - 2013". Applicant shall keep Xerox copy of printed receipt prior to submission for his record 23. Those applicant who desire to pay EMD amount by D.D./ Pay order in the bank shall have to submit following documents a) Printed receipt complied as per Sr. No. 21. b) D.D/Pay Order. Write the applicant name and application no. behind the DD/Pay order. After submission above, the Bank will issue acknowledgement slip to the applicant duly Signed & Stamped. The applicant shall preserve the slip carefully. 24. The applicant can see his online application with current status on Mhada website. However, no changes can be made in the information. To see the application, click on view application" on homepage and to type the application No. and birthdate of applicant and one time password 25. Defence employees working at Indian Border under Border Security Force or Border Roads & Development Board may send their printed acknowledgement receipt as complied as per serial no. 21 to 23 by post to Dy. Chief Officer (EM-I), Room No. 201, 1st floor, MHADA Board, Grihnirman Bhavan, Kalanagar, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400051. on or before 22/05/2013. DD/Payorder shall be payable at Mumbai Branch in favour of "Axis Bank A/c MHADB-2013". The printed acknowledgments receipt received after 22/05/2013 will not be considered for draw. 26. Online applications received before 02.00 pm on 01/05/2013 and after 06.00 pm on 21/05/2013 will not be considered for lottery draw. 27. If it is observed that any applicant has given deliberately wrong information during scrutiny, such applications will be rejected at any stage and MHADA will take legal action against such applicant

Special Instructions
1) The provision under the MHADA (Estate Management , sale, transfer and exchange of tenements) Regulation 1981 and (Disposal of land ) rule 1981 will be made applicable as it is so far the allotment of the scheme 2) The details of carpet area , sale price, and the number of tenement are tentative and it may change 3) Demand draft or pay order of nationalised bank/scheduled bank/ private bank payable at Mumbai should be in favour of "Axis Bank A/c MHADB - 2013" 4) Application forms shall not be accepted in mhada office 5) MHADA has not appointed any representative / consultant/estate agent . Applicants are advised not to deal with any such persons Mumbai board/MHADA shall not be responsible for the consequences in such cases. 6) Eligible applicant will have to pay appropriate stamp duty as per the rules of state Government. 7) Water supply and electric supply to the schemes are being made available from the local authorities. if there is delay in getting the services from such authorities , it may take considerable time to provide water and electricity to the schemes. 8) Other than flat cost applicant will have to pay appropriate Service Tax as well as Maharashtra Value Added Tax (MVAT) in the concerned Govt. Department. Physical possession will be given only after producing above tax receipts issued by concerned departments. 9) There cannot be any manipulation or human intervention in the computerized lottery procedure, so, the applicants are requested not to fall prey to any such illegal solicitation. Chief officer / Mumbai Board reserves right to reject any application or all applications or advertisement in respect of above scheme without assigning any reason. 10) If any new instructions in respect of Advertisement and lottery draw, the same will be published on www.mhada.maharashtra.gov.in and https://lottery.mhada.gov.in on 30/04/2013 11) 50% parking area is reserved for rationing office under scheme code no. 291 shailendra nagar dahisar.
