DATE: 2nd June 2013 LOCATION: River City Rifle & Pistol Club Range 20935 Jonquil Ave., about 5 miles North West of Mason City. (See attached map) FOR INFORMATI0N CONCERNING THE MATCH CONTACT: Steve Hays @ (641) 423-9981 or nineringsh@hotmail.com ELIGIBILITY: NRA membership is no longer needed to compete in NRA tournaments, NRA membership is still needed to set a NRA record. Iowa residents must be members of the Iowa State Rifle & Pistol Association , non residents need to be members of their respective state associations. Iowa State Rifle & Pistol Association membership applications will be available prior to the match starting (yearly membership $20.00). The River City Rifle & Pistol Club reserves the right to accept or deny any entry. RULES: Current NRA rules apply*. REGISTRATION FEE: Adult Package $40.00 per comp. (Matches 1-7 and Saturday’s practice match & clinic) (Juniors ½ price) INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES: Payment required with advance entries. Entries without payment will not be squadded until payment is made. The match is limited to 33 competitors. Make your entry on the attached entry card. Please fill it out & make checks payable to the River City Rifle & Pistol Club. Checks will be held until after the match. Mail entries to: Steve Hays 711 South Connecticut Mason City, Iowa 50401 Walk-ons will be permitted as long as no additional relays are needed. All entries, including phone call entries received after the entry close date will be squadded as walk-ons just prior to the Saturday and Sunday matches providing space is available. SQUADDING TICKETS: All matches will be squadded. Squadding tickets for individual matches will be issued at the 200 yard line starting at 8:00 AM on Sunday. Entries close at 8:45 AM on Sunday for matches 1 thru 7. Be prepared to present your classification card and state association card. CLASSIFICATION: The NRA Classification system will be used in all matches. Unclassified competitors will compete in the Master Class. Rule 19.6 - Assigned Classification, or 19.2 - Temporary Classification, may be used in making entry in a NRA Approved tournament. RIFLES ALLOWED: Rules 3.1, 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3 Challenge Fee $4.00 EMPTY CHAMBER INDICATORS: Empty chamber indicators will be required and will be available at the range for $ 2.50 each. TARGET OPERATION AND SCORING: All competitors will be required to operate targets and score. A qualified substitute target operator will be allowed. Failure to complete target and scoring duties will result in disqualification and loss of match fees. GENERAL INFORMATION: Camping is allowed on the range at no charge – electrical hook up for trailers. A porta-potty is available at the range and potable water and electricity are available in clubhouse. The club house is available for sleeping (bring your own cot and sleeping bag). The gate will be unlocked by 6:00PM on 31st of May for camping. The highpower rifle range will be closed to live firing starting at 6:00PM Friday evening, May 31 st for match prep work. There will be a Saturday night (June 1 st) appreciation dinner for all competitors and their families starting at 6:30PM @ a restaurant of choice.

Start Time: 10:15 AM. Registration and squadding will begin at 9:45 AM at the 200 yard firing line. Pits will be sealed at 10AM – SHOOTERS WILL BE DIVIDED INTO TWO MAN TEAMS.

Eye and ear protection are highly recommended when performing pit duties. AWARDS: Award groups must contain at least five competitors or they will be combined with the next higher class. If there are fewer than five high masters they must compete for open awards only. Eight entries will dictate two awards and eleven or more for three awards. * Competitors will fire standing and sitting without a pit change
