in the City without a permit issuedby the City Secretary.

Section2: Upon applicationandpaymentof a fee of $5.00,anypersonmay,subjectto
20 Section3 hereof obtaina permitto conducta garageor yardsale. Suchpermit
shall containthe addressof suchproperbyand shall speciflia thee-dayperiod
