Why we’re Men of Leadership?

igma men have been the epitome of the fraternity motto, “Culture for Service, Service for Humanity” for nearly 100 years. Our passionate values to be “a part of” the general community rather than “apart from” the general community represents our caring attitude to better the lives of women, children, and men. We believe that each potential member should be judged by his own merits, rather than his family background or affluence…wit hout regard to race, nationality, skin tone or texture of hair. Since our inception, Phi Beta Sigma has delivered services to the general community. Rather than gaining skills to be utilized exclusively for our members and immediate families, we’ve held a deep conviction that we should return our newly acquired skills to benefit numerous communities.
